Jungle beach offers a unique experience in Vietnam on one of the most beautiful beaches along the coast. The set up is refreshing after staying in a variety of guesthouses with the communal eating being a great way to both enjoy plentiful good food (unsure why anyone would be unsatisfied, we were offered repeated portions until we were fit to... Isolated and relaxing, the food was great and I agree plentiful it would however been nice to have the option to dine when you wanted not on a communal schedule or better yet the option to pay for meals separately should you want to seek out local street food. Only real down side was the price. Compared to a lot... More

Amazing location. They sell the beach as 'pristine' - it isn't there is rubbish washed up on it and natural debris as well. What it is is virtually deserted. Nice snorkelling beach 1km down the road and a waterfall with rocks to scramble on and pools to swim in. There are also hiking trails in the forested area around the... More

I feel that perhaps 5 years ago this place would have been the relaxing paradise I was looking for. It just seems quite sad and run down when we stayed. Good points: I enjoyed the food, and the communal aspect of sit down meals. I see people have described being hungry, and I'm not sure how as food was plentiful... More

Travel can be tiring so I checked into Jungle Beach for three nights on my way south. It's a very relaxed place to stay. Just check in to a hammock and enjoy! The beach is beautiful and there's plenty of space. $25 per person per night is the most I spent on accommodations but it was worth it. My own... More

I have no idea where to begin. 1. The owner - Silvio. When we booked our stay here we agreed on a set price for our 2 night stay. This priced rose by 20% when we tried to pay our bill. We agreed a price with the manager before we arrived and when we went to pay our bill we... More

The website described it wonderfully- it doesn't sell itself as a five star resort, it was a really chilled out place where you could just relax with other travellers and enjoy some quiet time. The food was good, the beach was clean, the only negative I can say is the fact that there weren't locks on all the huts! Though... More

After landing in HCM city we directly went to the Jungle Beach Resort to relax and shake of the jet lag. And we came to the right place! Our simple room was just meters away from the white beach. During our 4 days stay we didn't need to do anything; dinner was cooked an served for us. We never had... More
