Good location for catching buses to the other ski fields from outside the front entrance of the hotel. Happo One's main Gondola was only a 10min walk from the hotel also. Drying room was good but could have been bigger and the lockers only fitted our snowboards in them. Hotel staff where very helpful and picked/dropped us off at the...

great rooms, nice and warm hotel with a good onsen. Short walk to heaps of underground bars and restaurants and not far from ski field. Right next door to Jacks sports bar which is a popular tourist spot to watch Australian sport.

Stayed at the hakuba springs resort for our first ski trip to Japan. We didn't book ourselves but went through a company - easier but more expensive. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff are professional but easy going, knowledgeable about the slopes as well as the area. Always helpful and make you laugh! Rooms are...

Huge rooms with big beds, great benefit of free laundry use, restaurants are next door with a very good quality japanese as well as easy pub style. Location is perfect for walking to amenities and close to the slopes.

Our stay was wonderful! We stayed in March 2017 so it wasn't as busy as it is during peak season, which made it all the more enjoyable for us. The staff were brilliant and so accommodating, were willing to book taxis, tours, give us directions to bus stops, recommendations for dinner, ski resorts etc. We arrived at 1:30am and they...

This hotel had all you could want in a ski hotel. in house restaurant, laundry to do your own washing in, drying room, ski lockers, but most importantly it has its own in-house Onsen mmm yummy! The restaurant is very good and guests from other hotels regularly eat there, specifically for the sushi master. But it is the staff that...

We stayed for three nights as a family of four. The hotel is fairly typical of any hotel in a ski resort. Clean, comfy rooms but a little bit worn. Ensuite bathroom was a squeeze - rather like a large caravan bathroom but the shower was excellent. Also good range of toiletries. My family members really rated the hotel's onsen...

What can I say, from the comfortable rooms, with great views of the ski fields, to the warm and super helpful staff, Hakuba Springs Hotel has been a brilliant location to base ourselves for a few days. Centrally located, it's easy to get to where ever you need to be. Only a 5 min walk (if that!) to the lifts...

Nice hotel right in the heart of Happo. Could walk to the base of Nakiyama slopes and was near to the bus stop which takes you to the other three areas of Happo One plus the other ski fields nearby so very conveniently located. A small supermarket nearby was very handy for buying food and snacks. The restaurant is expensive...

We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff who showed us to our spacious room. They offered lots of information about the area and which slopes to go on for skiing. There was a shower in the room, although we never used it as they have a male/female onsen on the first floor, which was pleasantly large and quite...
