The management and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and large enough to spread out and relax in. We had our own en-suites and were given yukata robes, which we wore downstairs to the hot spring bath (or Onsen). It was great to have the onsen after skiing to relax the tired muscles. The views from our...

Can't rate this hotel highly enough. It's lovely owners, Sayaka and Ian, are gradually transforming this hotel into the perfect family ski location. They've already installed a fantastic craft beer bar (with children's corner). I can't wait to see what it looks like next time. All the staff went out of their way to be helpful, including pickups and drop...

We booked the Panorama Hotel after reading great reviews through Nangano Snow Tours as a 7 day package which includes airport transfers and a 5 day ski pass. The hotel is conveniently located in the Happo area of Hakuba within walking distance of pretty much anything you could need. We were given maps, restaurant guides and plenty of information about...

We visited Hakuba as a group of two couples and stayed 6 nights at Hakuba Panorama Hotel. We phoned ahead and a staff member came and collected us from the bus station which was great. Facilities included a small dining and bar area, ski drying room, laundry and shuttle bus service to the bus station and train station. Shuttle bus...

Great location as a base to visit the skifields around Hakuba as the buses to Goryu and Hakuba 47 stop in front of the hotel. It is a short 5-10 min walk to the bus terminal and the Nakiyama slopes of Happo-One. Rooms were decent size although the housekeeping is really quite spotty. The extremely helpful staff were what made...

We too were unsure of what to expect as we had booked through an agent. We were pleasantly surprised staying here in January for 8 nights. The rooms are basic but large and warm. The Onsen after skiing was a god send!! The staff are all great - friendly and helpful. They assisted with pick up and drop off, shuttles...

For convenience we booked our accommodation, lift passes and ski equipment hire all together through Nagano Snow Tours but did not know what to expect when it came to the quality of the hotel. The room was basic but large with a very big comfortable bed, perfect after a day on the slopes. Breakfast was extremely high quality, prepared by the multitalented...

We enjoyed our stay here over Christmas. While the lack of snow was frustrating for all, there was enough to get a bit of a ski. The room we had was large and perfectly adequate. The staff, Saori in particular, were very helpful and attentive, including lifts to/from the station, to restaurants etc. The onsens were always an enjoyable end...

We had a wonderful 4 night stay over New Years. We had a big room... 2 singles and a double bed for only 2 people and a reasonable sized ensuite by Japanese standards. The staff could not have been more helpful! They collected us from the station and were eager to help with taxi or dinner reservations! Tak was ready...
