Hotel staff are courteous, hard working and well trained, shuttle will get you anywhere you need and pick you up after with not too much waiting. Onsen is great, breakfast is good too. Ski storage provided with boot dryer. Next to a good rental place...More

The rooms are quite basic so I'm guessing not. But we enjoyed the total experience.

Give them a call from the Happo Bus Station. They can call for you, have a 10 yen coin handy . If you have ski gear with you be prepared to drag it into a minibus bus which is very inconvenient
