A nice hotel with large rooms and nice views of the snow covered trees. Good bathroom, and inhouse Onsen. Staff are pleasant and efficient. Everything a skier would need, but the hire gear didn't look good quality. Breakfast was OK, but not as good as our previous visit to Tokyu. Disappointed that the Tokyo ski shuttle bus wasn't running. Fortunately...

We stayed two nights at the Tokyu for a skiing trip. The hotel staff in all respects was perfect: friendly, helpful, efficient. The room faced the parking lot, but still had a lovely view and provided the sunrise each morning. The room was quite large and well appointed, with comfortable beds and a very serviceable bathroom. The breakfast buffet was...

Brought the family to Hakuba in Feb 2017 after a solo ski trip in 2015. The location. hotel amenities, onsen and service at the Tokyu can't be faulted. The 'quad' family room we had was very small (even by Japanese standards) however so if you are a family of 4, beware to pack accordingly. There may be larger quad rooms...

The rooms were very large. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a mix of Western and Japanese items. The hotel had a great onsen area with indoor and outdoor hot springs. The staff though extremely limited in English skills was very helpful. There was a ski / snowboard locker included with each room to keep your gear safe when not...

I was there for a skiing vacation New Years Eve 2014/2015. It is perfectly located in the woods with a bus shuttle to the lifts or to town. You have your own lockers for the skis and a very nice room. Breakfast buffet is mainly Japanese but that's the way it is supposed to be in Japan. They have also...

A wonderful experience. We had a couples session. The therapists were excellent, they worked on the sore spots and left us feeling a lot better than when we started. We took advantage of the offer to use the onsen before our massage which got us lovely and relaxed. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

We have just stayed 7 nights at the Hakuba Tokyu Hotel. We had very comfortable and spotlessly clean room. The hotel has great facilities including ski hire and a wonderful traditional onsen to rest and rejuvenate in after skiing. The free ski bus picks up and drops off at the front door providing access to al 10 ski areas, The...

We stayed at Tokyu 4 years ago and loved it so decided to return this trip. We had 6 nights in a deluxe room. Whilst we would have preferred a mountain view (which we had last time) we had a view over the garden which was snow covered and lovely. Our room was very spacious (312) and if staying again...

A hotel with old world charm, history and high standards with great facilities, excellent customer service and friendly professional staff. Close to Hakuba One and central to other resorts and town centre. With one of the oldest and most famous Onsen in the region.
