Address Nozawa is perfectly placed in the centre of town yet only 100m walk up the hill to the cable car. Accommodation is huge for Japanese standards, very nicely furnished and suitable for a family with two small children. A generous selection of breakfast options is left in the kitchenette which is well equip with fridge, cooker, microwave and Nespresso... More

Very nice Hotel, central to all walking distance to gondola and ski rentals. Front desk staff VERY helpful, booking reservations for dinner and suggesting new places. Would definitely come back if snow is better next year.

We stayed at the Address Nozawa for a ski trip in December that was no ski trip, because that December week felt like summer with no trace of snow anywhere. Thankfully, the hotel was very cozy and we enjoyed the onsen bath in the basement. We upgraded from the Japanese style room to a bigger Western style room on the... More

Address is an interesting little hotel in Nozawa. We stayed in the "executive" room, as all other rooms were taken. This turned out to be great, as we had tons of space for our 2 young boys.. The rooms are colourful and cheerful - with a mid range vibe. You won't find expensive fixings, and there are some rough edges... More

Superb location..near the bus terminal that we arrived in as well as easy access to the Yu road travellator to the ski school. Many good restaurants and souvenir stores as well as a mini supermarket within a few minutes walk. Excellent service by their staff. We also had the hotel booked out snow monkey excursion. The In-house Onsen was really... More

Room was clean but service poor. Reception not open until 9am (!) so no help at all with enquiries, room problems etc. Very poor English communication-not their problem of course but not helpful. Breakfast was supposed to be provided (MYO) but room not restocked without asking, several times. A long walk to chair lifts, and all uphill.

We travelled with our extended family and had 2 yellow rooms. We so loved this service apartment! Great location- supermarket nearby, easy access and nice walk up to Yu Travellator up to the ski school, good resturants. Very close to the bus terminal too. Machida Kaori-San and Ms Lena Leong were wonderful, in terms of service and prompt replies. Thank... More

A great location, a great room with plenty of space and good ammenities. The bathroom is quite small but they all are in Japan so don't let that put you off. Central location just off the main street with lots of food choices. Staff were very friendly and if we were to ski again in Nozawa we would chose this... More

The hotel has a traditional Japanese feel and I love it. Each room has a different color which makes it different from other hotels. The bottom floor is an onsen and although Nozawaonsen has many, it's convenient and more private to have it in the place you are staying. The staff are lovely and very helpful ! Would definitely recommend,... More

“We had a room right next to the lift on the 2nd floor but were quite surprised to find that we had no lift noise at all in the apartment. Maybe because people found it was just as easy to take the stairs down to the first (ground) floor? Second floor was good for quick access to the onsen or the laundry.”
