This hotel was very accommodating to our needs and we really enjoyed out stay. We didn't have a car rental but the hotel organised for a pick up and drop off to the bus port (5-10 min drive). They even dropped us off in the city centre and picked us up one day as well so that we could "explore"...

Booked the Japanese twin room located on the 8th floor and facing the oronko rock. Room is very clean and spacious with 2 twin bed. Paid JPY12,350 per person, which includes breakfast and dinner and a bottle of red wine upon check in. When entered, on the right is the toilet. The left is the bathroom with a space where...

In general, a decent huge hotel which probably catered more for the masses. The hotel was on a hill some distance away from the pier and your room view could somewhat be blocked by other buildings and houses. A pity as the coastline was very pretty. Room was huge. Furnishing and feel was alright. Not luxurious. And neither was it...

This is a marvelous hotel with all those things you find at top level establishments. There are multiple communal onsens (baths) for both men and women. The restaurant is fabulous with a minimum of 20 individual stations serving a huge variety of Japanese and Western items. This is unlike any buffet you've ever dined at.

We stayed in the new wing. Room is big for me, wife and 2 young children, and has a view of the sea. The spread for dinner buffet is hugh and quality is good as well. Highlight for me is the snow crab and seafood soup. That's also a large shop selling local produces and souvenir at reasonable price. Worth...

This hotel is vast by any bodies standards, in fact so big a resident could easily get lost. A well appointed hotel with a beautiful shop inside. Enter the dining room and you are faced with a banqueting suite second to non. Staff are very polite and courteous as one would expect from a hotel in Japan. Then we come...

Overall, my stay at this property was fabulous! I checked in around 5pm, and was pleased the clerk spoke at least a little bit of English. I was shown to my room which was the essence of zen: tatami floors, muted colors and a large picture window facing the ocean. The onsen was one of the most beautiful I've ever...

Stay there for 2 nights, got free pick up from Abashiri and free drop off to Kushiro. The hotel is pretty big with hot spring and a very larg eating area. The interior is a bit old though. Location of the hotel is aceptable but not most convenient compare to others as it is up the hill. Bear in mind...
