Stayed here for 3 nights over the Anzac Day long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Place is secluded and quiet (You forget how quiet and peaceful life in the country can be) and extremely private!! Cottages themselves (2 in total only)...are clean and comfortable and very well equipped with full cooking facilities, relaxing lounges and a lovely deck with... More

We stayed for two nights as a birthday surprise for my wife - and could not be more happy with the choice. It is exactly as the other reviews say - fantastic spot, great hosts, very comfortable cottage with amazing views. We missed our dog so really enjoyed being 'taken for a walk' by one of the two friendly dogs,... More

Tuckeroo is a fantastic weekend getaway with your partner. It is secluded, with a fantastic view and the cabins are cosy - yet are quite roomy. Plenty of room to make your own meal in the kitchen and enjoy it on the balcony or by fireside. Even the bed has a view of the mountain. The hosts hospitality is top... More

Beautiful getaway destination! Amazing views of MT Barney & MT Maroon from the cottages. Mike and Gail were excellent hosts and they made us feel like we were at home. They have two very smart dogs that will show you around their 50-acre property and be proud:) Will return someday. Thanks again Mike and Gail.

If you're looking for a romatic couples getaway thats not far from Brisbane, this is it. Cabin was so clean and inviting, Great fire place and the views are simply stunning. So quite there that it takes a little while to get use to the serenity. Will be going back again for sure.

A great place to reconnect with your partner and nature. Close to bush and mountain walks. We used the pizza oven on the Saturday night as did the couple in the other cottage so the night turned out to be social and lots of fun. Dont forget the marshmallows to toast in the fire. You can pick up a stick... More

If only I could add 1/2 a star this would be 4.5 stars. Lets start with the bad: We only stayed for 1 night. Now for the good, well not much more to say than what hasn't already been said. I was pleasantly surprised, the photos on their site don't do these cosy cottages justice. The tranquillity of the cottages... More

Gail and Mike were great hosts the first time we have ever been greeted on our arrival! We were shown where everything was in our cottage and we were then left to ourselves, perfect views to Mt Marroon our own verandah and a breakfast nook. It was the best equipped cottage we have stayed at and the ambiance was fantastic,... More
