Can't be more happy to have chosen this small family run hotel in this tiny town of Creully. This place has some character and pleasant atmosphere. Got a family room which was nice, clean and spacious enough for four persons. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect close to the memorial beeches and outside the touristic towns. We...

We were so happy we booked this hotel. It was really affordable and so homey. The dinner was fabulous and the bar was great. The beds were a little old looking but were really comfortable. We will recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed here for one night on our way through the region but would have loved to stay longer. The 'tower room' was large and comfortable, quiet and welcoming. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and made our stay a complete pleasure. Creully is a lovely small town and great for a 'pettit promenade' after the fabulous evening...

Glad we found this little gem. Booked due to location and price we were not disappointed. Room was great good space overlooking car park. Mentioning the car park the gates were shut when last member of staff left for the night which I agreed with as a security measure but from the feeling we had walking around there was no...

We stayed for 1 night in Creully. The hotel dinner was quite an adventure for our two young kids. The serving staff were patient and kind with them. We didn't have the breakfast they offered though. The hotel room we stayed in was uniquely shaped and there was an argument between our kids who got the little side room (with...

This place oozes history and it is in a charming village mere minutes from the D-day beaches, Bayeux and Caen. The staff were so kind and genuinely helpful and the food was top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Normandy.

Old hotel and old furniture, including beds. Could have used a good cleaning. Creully is a very small town that has little to offer. Would have preferred to stay in the beautiful little town of Bayeux or Courseulles-sur- mer (closer to the beaches of Normandy) with more restaurants and greater selection of hotels.

Lovely stay and an even better meal. Stayed here overnight before catching the ferry to the uk from ouistreham, it's only 30mins away and a very nice overnighter. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and clean plus the food in the restaurant is well worth sampling.

An old style Logis in the centre of a village, with parking and restaurant. The stone built building is solid and impressive and dates back, I believe, to the 13th century. As a result the layout is confusing and the stairs a bit steep. It's not cutting edge stylishness, but it does not matter. The rooms are a reasonable size...

We didn't know what to expect, having booked very late and just needing to be near Caen for a night. This delightful hotel is in an old monastery (or similar) and like another reviewer, we had to climb 35 stone stairs in a spiral. The room was simple but more than adequate for space, decor and furnishings. A young man...
