We had a wonderful week here at Maison Aled. The Gite is well thought out and the kitchen has more equipment in it than ours does at home. Edith and Alan have thought of everything to make the holiday go with a flow and the welcome pack really was great- quality local produce including some superb wine and freshly made...

This property is now run as a Gite, the B&B side of things no longer applies. Edith and Alan are two of the nicest people you could meet, perfect hosts and very eager to please. Maison Aled, Meursac, Charente-Maritime. Quite by chance we happened on this fantastic B&B in a peaceful location 20mins from the coast. Edith & Alan who own it were very welcoming, greeting us with a pot of tea and biscuits.
