Quite simply the location is stunning with great views, and the site is very peaceful which for us as a family was brilliant. However, there is more to a site than just a view.

The site tolerates well behaved dogs, so they must be secured in your camping area or on a lead at all times. There is a walk on an old footpath just at the entrance of park which also leads to a steep path to the beach. This is a shingle and coarse sand beach, but it is beautiful. You can also walk to another little beach which is great for dogs. They are allowed in the club too, but as there were loads of children running around and it was quite noisy it's only for dogs that aren't nervous and are child friendly. No Staffordshire Bull Terriers allowed.
