we just stayed here at sauble beach resort camp and enjoyed our stay it is a clean park and the sites are big and flat and you get full hook up. There is also lots of things to do for kids and there is a wagon rides and two pools a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool and there is a playground for kids as well. I really recommend this campground to anyone who is coming to the beach.

We stayed here at the end of August. This is our 7th or 8th time at this campground. The campground is very clean with an indoor and outdoor pool (biggest seller). The downfall to this resort is 90% of the staff is not very friendly. Over the years of coming here we have seen many of the same staff some new but as always the same attitude!! I guess they figure they have enough full time guest that it doesn't matter 😕

Great park, only 5 min drive to get to the beautiful sandy beach. Park was very clean and well maintained throughout. Seasonal campers were also very friendly, don’t always get that in private parks. Our lot was a decent size, didn’t feel like you were on top of your neighbors.
The only thing I i was disappointed in was having to pay extra for the kids. We didn’t even use the pools as we were at the beach all day.
It was a quiet little park in a very busy town, glad we found this little gem. Looking forward to next year!🏖

We went camping here with three families. The staff were very kind. But Jeff was such a unrealistic lying unkind man. All three of our families were camped side by side. Our fifth wheel stuck right to the edge of our site by the lane. We three families were going to make a dinner together. So we were bringing our coolers of food and of beer to the our friends site two sites down. Because our camper stuck so close to the lane, we just took the lane instead of being two feet over on the lawn. if a car came we would move over. well doesn't Jeff come by and gave us grief for "Carrying" our cooler of beer and our kids drinks and food off of our site! He said that was the first and last warning. We were blown away! Family camping and getting together for a bbq isn't allowed? Isn't that slightly unreasonable? Later that next night we had a campfire at our site and our friends walked behind the sites to bring food and drinks for the fire so not to annoy unreasonable Jeff. We sat around the campfire made campfire smores and sang some fun campfire songs. Not loud or obnoxious at all. Good ol family camping fun. Well guess who came along and told us we were getting kicked out? Good ol Jeff! When asked why he said "You know why!" we said "No! We honestly do not know!" he then threatened to call the cops. There was no talking to him. So we packed up in the morning and left. Didn't get our $20.00 deposit for the gate key from hime either. While we were packing up the lovely elderly man with a permanent camper across from us asked why we were leaving? We said "Jeff kicked us out for singing we guess." To which the gentleman replied "my wife has been sick for a while Last night she laid on the couch with the window open and a smile on her face and listened to the singing. She said that is family camping at its finest! And you were not late nighters either" We now know why we 3 families were kicked out though. We spent the day on the beach and went back to the campground and walked along the outside of the property to where our sites were. There was Jeff hanging out with his friends in the exact sites we were in!!!! Kicked out so he could let his friends in! Seriously! Do not go here. Worst and most disappointing campground ever. I hope he is kind to his staff. They were so all so nice.

Very disappointed after all these years i’ve been going to the camp resort for about 25 years since my daughter was three and my niece was five. We were seasonal there for a couple years and then decided to move on and travel. This past week we decided to go and take my grandson and my two great nephews to see where their mom‘s used to camp as children. I booked the rental trailer sometime in March April. When we arrived we were very disappointed that there was nothing in the trailer no linens no dish soap mouldy bread in the cupboards dirty utensils for the barbecue. When I went to talk to the store employees about it I was told there was a list of things on their website. I did get two confirmations about my stay and no reminders of what you need to bring. My feeling is go online to book you don’t go back on there again once you’re getting confirmation emails. Somethings should’ve been said they definitely reminded me to bring the $20 for the gate key but they couldn’t remind me of anything else. The staff was very rude in the store when I went to ask questions. They have two adult hours from 10 to 11 and 4 to 5 must be 18 to go in. They were always young teenagers and they’re goofing around and nothing was said( don’t get me wrong I have nothing against kids playing but when you have your 70-year-old mother in there trying to have some quiet time and swim it’s a bit annoying). There’s also a hot tub you must be 18 and it was always children in there. I remember when my daughter used to go there with us in camp seasonal they were very strict on the rules which I understand totally. But it seems that since the owner Bruce has passed away and his right hand man Jeff has also passed away that the park seems to have gone downhill from there dogs running around without leashes kids playing basketball until way past 11 no respect for other campers. The last thing that was quite upsetting is my niece was going to pop a tent and stay in it with her boys that are two and four for the first camp out in a tent but we weren’t even allowed to do that until a couple days before we were ready to leave we noticed that another camper was allowed to pop a tent and have their family stay in it. ( they were also just there for the week in their RV) When I inquired at the store they said these people have been coming here for many years and they got permission from the owner. I feel if you have a sign in the store stating no tents that should be for everyone not who they pick and choose to allowed to do so. The saddens my heart as I used to love this place.

Checked into 204. Dirty, moldy, smelled and hadn't been cleaned. Electrical didnt work, the shower didn't drain, toilet was disgusting! Bandaid in bed. Addressed it right away. The cleaner wasn't available so we cleaned it ourselves. She later came and apologized. She was very nice. The website pics are not accurate, be aware!! Supposed to be a tv, coffee marker, tea pot, fan, etc. The pics on web show a nuve traiker, theyre extremely old pics!! I link a pic below of there web pic. None of that was there. I brought this up to Shelby, who said i was lying and that pics on the internet and do not show these things. I told her to check it before calling me a liar! She never apologized after seeing it for herself! She also insisted there was a fan. There wasn't! She chose not to check, just argue. Thank goodness for the clearer who said it had been moved! Dishes were dirty and had mold. Boiling hot without a fan. Had to move to another camper at 103 at night with kids! Shelby didn't offer to help out. It was pissing rain too. She thought she was so generous for allowing us to move from a disgusting trailer at 1030 at night but not charge us more. Hmm? We spent hours cleaning our first flightly trailer and having none of what we were promised! And, we had to cut our vcay 3 days short as that trailer she moved us to was booked already! Wow!
Kids were super sad! She was awful!! Very confrontational-a hot head! Doesn't listen. She wanted to see pics of everything. I asked her to just come look at the trailer. She wouldn't! Therefore, i took some pics later, after i already cleaned but you get the idea of how dirty this was. After what we dealt with, it all should have neen compted! So unfair! Any other place would have done the right thing! She doesn't check before she swears her life that she's right! This place needs a new manager!! All other staff that we dealt with, especially the lady who cleaned the trailers, were very nice!

Decided to camp seasonally here and have been doing so since 2019. The park staff are always friendly, helpful and caring. We’ve never had any issues. Sites are kept clean and tidy. It’s a nice, quiet, smaller campground away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sauble Beach, but only a 2km drive or walk to get there. Follow park rules and respect your neighbours and you’ll have a great camping experience here. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice vacation close to the amenities of Sauble Beach.

We rent a camper for 1 week. You have to bring everything with you even pillow and garbage bag. The Wifi is expensive and doesn't work most of the time. No activity for family and kids. Unfotunatly the beach is near.

Great camp! Very family friendly, the staff are the sweetest and so helpful. Our site was surrounded by other families with kids the same age so our littles made so many new friends!
Already booked our next visit!

Be warned good people and kids treated with great disrespect here. Teenagers profiled and accused of "looking suspicious" and falsely accused for what they "might do". No charter of rights here!! Our site was actually stalked and harassed by management (Jeff) who continuously walked or drove by looking for any feeble excuse to put out our campfire and this started at 9pm!! Demanding people to move their chairs off the edge of the gravel and on the grass!! Seriously!!Coming to the defence of good people and parents only resulted in being escorted from the property!! Jeff and the rest of the management here should be ashamed and not in this line of business!! Time for this management to retire folks!! Don't spoil or risk your precious holidays by staying here!!
