Excellent accommodation. Usually in high demand and I can see why. It's a modern self contained unit with a beautiful spacious backyard attached to it with grass very neatly kept. Very comfortable lounge/TV room for relaxation with a TV almost the size of a door. Very nice little selection of snacks, fresh milk, teas and coffees. Upstairs bedroom is spacious, was on a solo trip but bed is big enough for a couple. Catherine was lovely and very hospitable. Would definitely stay again when back at Framlingham next time

Great B&B just outside Framlingham. Comfortable and clean accommodation, appreciated the fresh milk provided with the complementary tea and coffee. Best breakfast I've had in a long time. Thank you Catherine.

Small but perfect! Extremely clean and comfortable. Delicious and generous breakfast and treats! Very friendly and helpful. Great area to stay; not far from the coast and Framingham and Woodbridge good to explore. Would definitely come again and highly recommend

A really great B&B, tucked away out of the main town and in beautiful countryside. The proprietor is very friendly and did whatever she could to meet our requests. A very comfortable room with everything you may need and a delicious breakfast in a lovely dinning room. Framlingham is a fantastic market town and well with a visit.
