We were really surprised when we arrived at this hotel. It was tiny. It didn't feel welcoming at all. The staff was nice but that couldn't make up for the fact that we didn't feel at all comfortable here. Our room was very small and looked so uninviting; my wife wanted to leave, but we arrived rather late and had...

If your business trip requires you to be close to the airport and/or industrial or technological parks in the area, ONE airport is a good option. You'll find a good hotel with all the basic services and a great staff.

Rooms are so tiny and bare, they don't even have a closet for placing my clothes, the restroom is so cheap that they use the same door for separating wc and whole restroom. This hotel doesn't have neither a gym nor a swimming pool, the laundry service is highly expensive, there are some washing machines you can use for free...

All this hotels apparently used to be offices and then they conditioning them as hotels with small rooms, old furniture, dirty appliances, remodeling of kitchen and zero physical security, anyone can go to any floor without any objection

I have had the opportunity to stay at One Hotel in Mexico City, Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara, and now in Monterrey. All of these hotels are very clean, comfortable, well located, and have great prices and excellent service. The next time I am in Monterrey and have to stay near the airport, I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

We use this hotel to early flight for next day. Its the cheapest in the area. It doesnt have large space in the room but it is sufficiently clean and well equiped. If you go very early in the morning, you will miss breakfast.

I arrived on a late evening flight in Monterrey and decided to stay at one of the airport hotels and make my way overland to Reynosa/McAllen in the morning. Based on a previous positive experience at the Hotel One in Reynosa I again chose Hotel One. I was not disappointed, as the room was nearly identical to the room I...

We had to stay one night because our flight was cancelled. The room was not as spacious as I would have liked, but it was comfy enough for a one-night stay. My wife did notice mold on the shower walls. The A/C was already programmed to not change from 75°F, so all our attempts to get the room temperature cooler...

I got the brilliant idea of staying in an hotel near the Aiport because I had a early flight the next morning, so I decide to change some reward points to stay there. I assume it would be like a Fiesta Inn but no at first the staff in the lobby had no idea of my reservation and their help...
