We stayed in La Terrace, a great room with its own terrace where it is fun to enjoy a morning continental breakfast (when weather permits which from experience is always unpredictable in Brussels!). The room is comfortable with lift access, useful in a traditional maison de maitre when you have luggage! There are only 3 rooms so early booking is... More

I can only say good things. Spacious apartment with all the benefits of a hotel including breakfast (inclusive) left outside your door. Incredible price and wonderful friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble and the neighbourhood is lovely with a nice bar/restaurant across the road. You can't go wrong booking this

Hotels in Europe, at least the three star kind I usually stay in, are often tiny and somewhat drab. Chambres de Franz with it's three rooms and friendly hosts is a much better experience for a similar price. The rooms and en suite baths are large and bright. We stayed in the top floor room. It was huge with lots... More

Situated very conveniently within easy reach of the Eurostar terminal (Gare du Midi) and Central Brussels (Grand Place, Place du Sablon) by tram, also for popular local/residential areas to the South (Ixelles, Uccle) the experience at Chambres de Franz is informal, very welcoming and easy-going. All three rooms are superbly laid out. Cafe Franz just opposite seems to be the... More

I stayed in 'Le Grenier' on my own for three nights in January. The room was lovely, clean and bright. Very modern. There was a coffee machine, a kettle and a fridge in the room. Free wifi too. The breakfast was lovely and can be served in your room; luxurious! The place is well situated, about 10 minutes by tram... More

We are so happy to have found this B&B through friends of us in Bxl. We stayed here 2 nights before travelling back to Brazil and really enjoyed our stay: beautiful studio room decorated in a contemporary style, the elevator in the house was a huge plus as we were travelling with a lot of luggage, a healthy breakfast, convenient...
