Located very centrally at a stone's throw from Monnaie metro station, we were welcomed in a very warm and friendly manner. our room was located in the 2nd floor so it is difficult to carry heavy luggage but having said that, the room was HUGE and a divine experience. I felt that the room temperature could have been a little...

We were staying on the first floor in the B&B overlooking the road but room was very quiet so don't need to worry about that. Big room with lovely fireplace, lots of storage and big bed. No extra blankets (blanket/sheets on bed weren't that thick) in the room as we got home quite late, it was too late to ask...

Right by Monnaie metro station. Huge room on 2nd floor (other rooms were on the 1st floor). Welcoming host, good continental breakfast. Characterful older house, right on the inner ringroad, but good restaurants and bars nearby. I slept better than I have in a hotel or B&B in a long time!

Location was perfect within walking distance of the metro and also within walking distance of the city centre. The room - well we had to hole of the top floor - bedroom, bathroom, toilette, living room and an extra room at the top floor. We didn't need so much space, but I imagine, that a family would be happy in...

This B&B offers character, convenience, cleanliness and value for money. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, the location is very convenient and could hardly be any nearer to the tube station. Directions provided in advance were very clear and Dounia is charming and helpful, always happy to offer advice and unless you have an aversion to stairs I...

Just a few steps from a metro entrance and a few blocks from the main bus and tram stop: Louise. The rooms are large and airy although one has frosted windows which face a back area. Another room is at the front of the house and pleasant but noisy at night. Breakfast is adequate but quite ordinary with one croissant...

While the accommodations themselves are more than suitable, some small fixes to the room (e.g. missing slot of the wood panel floor) and hallway carpets need done. That said, the proprietors are absolutely charming and make every effort to accommodate. The facility is very easy to access (note the simple instructions they send for finding the site) and is roughly...

Le lys d'Or B&B was our first experience with B&B and we were not disappointed! Dounia, the owner of the place took time to explain everything, she showed us the map of the city and gave us advice about places to go. We arrived to Brussels way too early and we just wanted to get rid of our baggage, but...

Me and 5 of my girlfriends (from NY) decided to take a trip to Europe for 10 days and Brussels was our first stop. Boy were we spoiled on our first stop! Dounia, the owner of Le Lys d'Or was wonderful! The B&B was so charming and had so much character! Dounia had breakfast ready for us every morning and...
