Friendly and helpful reception staff. Lovely room, however a double bed should be that - not two singles that were pushed together and drifted apart during the night. Either get zip and link beds or singles that are capable of being bolted together. Old style picture windows (almost the size of patio doors) appeared to have rather thin double glazing...

Stayed one night for business in August 2010. The hotel has been nicely refurbished, however my room has too many faults: 1/ the sliding window could not be locked. I was on the first floor and anyone could have opened the window from the street and broke into my room. 2/ the sink was blocked. I wonder what quality control...

I honestly do not understand how anyone could possibly recommend this hotel. First of all, it has to be just about the hardest hotel in the world to find (we literally drove around for 2 hours trying to find this place.) Our room was tiny and oddly shaped and forget about the bathroom (it felt like being in a cage!)...

A comfortable and welcoming hotel. Room was quite spacious, clean and everything worked. Note there is no iron or ironing board in the room. Slept well and the large bed was very comfortable with good pillows. Breakfast was OK though choice was same every day but the selection was wide and varied. Coffee machine was great when all the choices...

I've spent a couple of nights in this hotel with my fiance in April 2010 and I confess that our experience has been very different from night to night. Before getting into details about what I mean, though, here there's a brief summary of our experience in this Hotel overall. REVIEW RECAP Hotel is situated in a pretty good location,...

This hotel was very pleasant. The rooms are modern and clean. Our room was very large and had a nice bathroom. The staff was great, and had excellent restaurant recommendations and helped us arrange a day trip to Bruges. But, I want to recognize the staff. The hotel arranged for a taxi to the train station. While I think I...

Well this was one of our stops in our Euro-trip. The room was nice. We asked for a quite room. Which we did not get. We had the worst night sleep there. The beds were fine, just the windows were toooo thin. And on top of that the maid left our window open the second night and we heard every...

Really satisfying hotel, great for few days stop in Brussels. One of the outstanding services of the hotel is the breakfast: tasty, fresh and served at decent hours. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. Internet is free if using it at the hall. Metro is 5 minutes away.

For 35 euros a night we did not expect something this good. Everything was great; helpful 24h front desk, very fresh rooms with AC, great location, breakfast included. Simply nothing to complain about.

The hotel itself can not be faulted. The room was big and modern. The only problem was the location, we were a little to far away from everything. But i would still probably recommend this hotel to people going to Brussels because it is a very very nice hotel. The attention to detail is amazing.
