We stayed at this hotel for one night and really enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Due to our cancelled flight we asked whether it was possible to spend a few hours in the lobby seeing as we couldn't book another night. The very friendly and tremendously helpful Jessica completely understood the situation and allowed us to stay and...

I've stayed in the Maurice room which has a beautiful view on the garden. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. In one sentence: the experience was really good and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover Brussels and spend nice holidays in a charming place

I spent two days last week in this beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we were served as VIPs!! This is very well located. 5 min by foot to centre town!! Close to the shops and bus/metro if you want to visit suburb of this city. We recommend this place! The breakfast was very tasty with fresh products!!

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. Check-in went smoothly and the agent was very friendly. It is important to note though that the reception is closed from around 11pm/midnight to 7 in the morning. The hotel is nicely decorated and very pleasant for this incredibly competitive rate. The room was sufficiently spacious for a single room and well...

Ok I did like the hotel. The room was nice, cozy, modern and clean. The carpet can be a little better because there was some black stains. Another thing is that the bathroom structure was a little weird having the shower first and then the toilet but that did not bother me. The location was just ok. I had a...

Very trendy Boutique hotel just a short walk from the centre of Brussels. Fab little personal bistros and restaurants around for night time so you don't need to venture far. Hotel was bed and breakfast (continental) but the best choice I have had for a long time. Fresh and replenished constantly. Rooms very comfy with big beds and hot showers...

Room is comfy, and pretty much basic. Hotel is located in peaceful neighbourhood, not too far from central. Staff was very friendly, and totally blew away all my expectations. They were always ready to help and guide us, with what ever we we're asking.

We stayed one night at the Neufchatel hotel: it's something of a mixed bag, not bad for Brussels but not ideal either. First the cons - the cleaning service and the overall maintenance need to be improved: our room had hairs on the mirror, torn towels, battered furniture and lamps, dirty windows etc. Apart from that the cleaning lady was...

It's been a year ago since we stayed at this hotel. But we had a great experience. Good location and awesome rooms. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. The breakfast was okay. All in all, if we ever stayed in Brussels again, we would choose this hotel
