We stayed one night at the Neufchatel hotel: it's something of a mixed bag, not bad for Brussels but not ideal either. First the cons - the cleaning service and the overall maintenance need to be improved: our room had hairs on the mirror, torn towels, battered furniture and lamps, dirty windows etc. Apart from that the cleaning lady was...

It's been a year ago since we stayed at this hotel. But we had a great experience. Good location and awesome rooms. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. The breakfast was okay. All in all, if we ever stayed in Brussels again, we would choose this hotel

Small and cosy hotel with a unique flavor. The neighborhood is quiet and it takes only 3 minutes to walk to the closest tram stop (called Janson). The closest metro station is called Louise/Louiza. The hotel has a good buffet breakfast. Staff is friendly and helps you when needed. I had a single room which was quite compact with a...

Facilities are fairly new but they cut corners: don't give individual soap or shampoo in the shower (just that mystery gel in a machine like at the gym); don't change the sheets everyday; don't have central air conditioning. Breakfast is nice and the rooms are quiet. The location isn't near to anything in particular, but it is a nicer residential...

Ok property and good location.. However there was one very unfriendly staff, that completely ruïned our stay . We wanted to take morning coffee in room before breakfast, the staff was very rude. There are number of other boutique hotels in neighbourhood like Pantone and i would recommend that.

Fabulous room with a cute view of a nice backyard, everything worked well. Big beds, room was spacious enough. Location a bit difficult but the hotel itself more than made up for it. Location may also be good because of cute cafes and restaurants nearby, and it is in a residential area so really quiet. Usual hotel breakfast. Would stay...

In an old building refurbished in a contemporary manner, this boutique hotel has all the amenities one could expect in town center. The staff is particularly nice and helpful, available around the clock. Rooms are tidy and comfortable and quiet, if not large. Breakfast is ok. I'd come back anytime.

The good: great bathroom, excellent continental breakfast, friendly staff, nice decor, metro is very accessible. The bad: needs airconditioning (or at least ceiling fans) for summer and the restaurants in walking distance are a bit ordinary.

Crashed there during a business trip and it was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was humble but very good, the room was clean and cozy and the staff was incredibly nice (specially one young lady that used to be on the reception at night, always with a smile and useful tips to where to get a drink after work)....

A good hotel for reasonable price!! We spent there for two nights in a comfort double room with our child. The hotel located close to the TRAM stations therefore it was easy for us as we were mostly relying on the public transport. WIFI was working well with full coverage in the second floor where we stayed. Buffet breakfast was...
