Was there last week, the hotel was dirty, the first room that we were first given has no lock dust every where, then i went back to the reception to complain and they give us another one which has lock but to my surprise there was bedbug on the bed which makes it difficult for us to sleep all night,...

Lovely hotel with friendly hosts who go out of the way to make sure you have a good stay. would definitely stay here again. i liked the decor in the rooms, nice big bathroom and handy to an internet cafe and railway station and the centre of brussels. breakfast was onsite and nothing was ever a problem for the managers,...

Very close to train station, we spent a long time finding this, the address is a little hard to find when looking for street signs, the hotel is located on corner of Rue de l'Argonne and Fonsnylaan. Not the best area if your staying alone. Basic rooms, ok as we only were there for a night.

This hotel is for a short stay its rooms were small and the lift small the bathrooms were clean and a reasonable brekfast.Close to train station for Eurail trvellers. Staff friendly Recycled furniture from a larger luxury hotel is squeezed in to the room looks out of place

Pretty stuffy, even though we tried to keep the window open. Reception was friendly, which kind of made up for the basic room. Towels were...

I was here on a 2 day holiday to Brussels with one other person in a double room. This hotel was easy to find and about 2 minute walk from Midi station. It was also approximately 10 minutes from the city centre by foot. The service was friendly enough, nothing outstanding but for budget accommodation it was acceptable. Despite being...

before we stayed here we read reviews online and were prepared for some really horrible place. however, we found a clean hotel. two minutes walk from the midi train station, 20 minutes stroll into the centre of the touristy part of town. the beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the breakfast was more than we expected. also, the staff are...

I was a member of a group of friends who visited Brussels for a EUFA Cup football game. I had booked this hotel via a booking website. I had requested and had confirmed by e-mail three twin mini suites with en suite facilities. When we arrived we were told initially that the rooms were not ready. When eventually they were...
