A few things contributed to us having a terrible stay at coconuts. When we arrived our bags were taken off the boat without us, and know one could tell us what was happening. Then we were told to get off our boat on the beach and had no idea where to go, or where the hotel was, we were left...

The view in this place is pretty amazing.. thats about where it ends staff are pretty useless in terms of customer service and speak very limited english. I know youre in indonesia but still, most other hotels manage to employ staff that are able to communicate. At breakfast when asked what tea they offer the girl replied "in a cup"...

actually i went to lembongan last year on november. never bored with the breathtaking views of the ocean from the room... the service was poor, that we had to carry our luggages alone, no tv, got AC, spacious room. but all are adequate.. i dont know now, but if you are used to take supper, better take away some foods...

This place ruined our holiday. We were booked in for two nights. After arriving we didn't get into our room until 30mins after the advertised check-in because they were still 'cleaning' the room. Once we got into the room we were disappointed - the only value was in the view of the bay - and you can get this from...

Mid way through the 9 day Bali holiday and we thought we would have a few days relaxing on one of the islands. A work mate hooked us up and before we know it we were off on the boat and enjoying the short cruise across to Lembongan Island and Coconuts Beach Resort. Not sure what we were expecting really...

We only stayed overnight but could easily stayed longer. Beautiful views, very friendly staff and very peaceful (no TV). The location is beautiful, floating in the pool with undisturbed views is breath taking. Our bungalow was very clean and BIG, although stairs getting there are a killer. Resort is a little run down but they are in the middle of...

I would not recommend if you are in a wheel chair as there are so many stairs because the resort is on the side of a cliff. If you are mobile however it is a fantastic view. Each Bungalow looks over 3 surf breaks. Food was amazing in the restaurant.

We had bungalow 1 (a must if you do not want to climb stairs). Bungalow was big, clean, and had a wonderful view. Infinity pool was just a few steps away. From there, you can take the whole harbor. There was a nice beach less than 5 minutes walk. The manager and service were friendly and helpful. While you have...

We really enjoyed our stay at Lembongan and we will return. The island is idyllic and the perfect place to really unwind. At the moment the Island is not very commercial however there are plenty of places to eat and drink. One thing to remember is that you are essentially staying in a third world country and you get what...
