We got a 3 bedroom self catering apartment and it was great! 1 minute walk to the lake with serene views. The house was adequately equipped with a chimney and hot water almost throughout. Very hot days and chilly nights so make sure you carry warm clothing for the night. The kitchen doesn't have a Fridge but they can store...

My family likes to do the real safari with camping. So this place was ideal for long weekend for all of us. We could read, walk and watch lake, different birds and night stars every day and night. The camping site is at the lake banks which made our stay very interesting. Many birds, almost no people and warm water...

Oasis Camp is a Refreshment. A lovely get away from the noise and hustle of Nairobi. My family and i spent Easter friday and saturday camping there. We camped near the dining area near the childrens playground. We all loved it. The stars, bonfire ( thanks for the firewood) and crickets really remind one the joy of being one with...

The place is quite relaxed with beautiful cottages & beautiful views. It is a walking distance from the lake. The spaces are clean and spacious but the bathrooms do not have a lot of privacy though. All in all a lovely experience.

Another excellent 2-night stay. David, Magdalene and all the staff make you very welcome. This is not high-end sophistication, but the rooms are clean, the food is good and the staff most helpful. I have stayed several times and have always enjoyed my visits.

Didn't have high expectations and had selected this as it seemed to be away from the high e, expensive resorts, but I did expect better than we got. The place is just looking a bit tired and run down, it just needs some tidying up and attention to make it great. The staff where friendly, but not very welcoming. We...

It was two years since my last visit, and it was as enjoyable as ever. Breakfast in the open air by the lake is a wonderful experience. Walking, biking and bird-watching are the main activities. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Many thanks to the Manger and all the staff at this peaceful, eco-friendly Camp in beautiful Kenya for the great accomodations and warm hospitality in my recent stay there. I felt privileged to go on nature walks with such experienced guides. It was very unique to all other accomodations and I loved every minute of my time there.

It was on Easter break when we made our way to Oasis. Be warned, don't try to get here if you have a small car. Unless the road has been repaired. First impressions really sank our expectations. The parking is neglected, but the shocker was that their staff/ back area, is your first view! and it's not a good sight...
