The deluxe rooms w AC are comfortable. Nice veranda. Though no fridge in the room, you can easily get ice from the bar. Meals are simple but tasty and not much choice since the resort does not serve fish or seafood. You normally get chicken an vegetables and some melons. Good place for divers to meet since Scuba Junkie owns...

The resort is located on a beautiful small island which can be walked around in no more than an hour. It consists of dorms and private rooms. We stayed in a private room (Delux Air-con Room) for a week and it was great. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a fantastic bed , AC, wardrobe, desk and even...

We've split this review into two parts, accommodation and diving: Accommodation: 3 stars: the rooms are large but best can be described as basic and very much like a hostel. There are no wardrobes, TV or fridges. The air conditioning wasn't great either, the staff were helpful and got it 'regassed' but even after that can best be described as...

My husband, two teenage sons and I stayed at the Mabul Beach Resort and dove with Scuba Junkie. The room, food, boat transfers to Semporna, and diving are sold as a package that you purchase from Scuba Junkie Semporna. They are super-responsive and helpful as you plan your trip and will book the airport transfers for you. For us, their...

Great place to stay for solo travellers! its very easy to get to know the other people there, the staff is super friendly and the scuba staff are very serious. Big plus that they do a lot of great stuff for the local community and enviroment. Make sure you book well in advance so you get to go to Sipandan...

We booked 7D6N with scuba junkie. Overall, it was a nice diving experience but there are also somethings that makes us decided not to go back again. This was my second time diving in Sipandan, last time we stayed in Borneo Divers Mabul Island Resort with wonderful vacation, its also the reason why we wanted to come back to Sipadan...

I've stay here with my wife for 3 nights. Overall it was great experience - watching turtle at rehabilitation centre, diving with friendly dive master around Mabul Island, island hopping including tour around 'bajau laut' village. All inclusive and the service was excellent. Their food was okay for me. For those who love seafood maybe you must find another resort...

the Mabul Beach resort is a good option to stay for your diving. The rooms are stunning and comfy. Food is basic but tasty. The staff are friendly and effective. Scuba Junkie is doing a fantastic job to make your stay as pleasant and comfy possible. The diving is something out of this world. The dive guides are great and...

We were lucky to have been able to stay at both the beach and water bungalow resorts(see separate review) After our Island resort stay at Lankayan Island was cancelled last minute, we phoned the resort to see if any availability on anything they had left. Fortunately they had a garden room, which we stayed in for 5 nights. The pick...
