We spent two days here as a Xmas treat to each other and thoroughly enjoyed it! We have been here before and knew it is in one of the best situations ever, with fantastic views right across to Edinburgh and with the three Forth bridges to the right. We were so lucky with the weather and were able to go...

I have finally got round to writing a review about this fantastic hotel after we travelled up from England. We arrived without having any knowledge of the local area having had a night out in Kirkcaldy, we arrived back very late. Stewart who was on the reception desk was able to tell us all the places of interest locally especially...

The Bay has been a favourite of our's when visiting friends locally for some time. The executive suites provide fantastic views across the Forth and tbe service on our visit was excellent. I think for longer visits the facilities might be a little dated and the lack of wifi at a reasonable price would frustrate me, but for a stopover...

We stayed at the hotel for three nights whilst visiting family. The main reason we booked was for the location and the pool/gym/sauna/jacuzzi as this was different to other hotels we looked at. Our room, premier deluxe was lovely, had stunning views over the bay and of Edinburgh's bridges and was serviced every morning. The staff on reception were informative...

My main issue was that at checkout we were forced to pay £19.99 premium for use of the full package of tv internet that we didn't use. The iron lady on reception kept on repeating in a robotic fashion "the system wouldn't lie" and insisted we had the facility. As it was an overnight impromptu stay we checked in at...

Stayed here with my son in a premier deluxe twin room during a boxing event. Room could only be described as tiny. Certainly smaller than we are used to. A premium of £8 per device has to be paid for wifi. Wifi was available in the main bar/restaurant area but you have to like their Facebook page to gain access....
