When we couldn't find a hotel in Plattsburgh during the Columbus Day weekend, this hotel, just across the border in Quebec, came up on Trip Advisor. What a great option it was. Unfortunately, the border crossing was a bit crazy when we went over, and you do need to remember to have your passports, but the hotel is very conveniently...

This is a lone hotel right across from the American border. It is not easy to walk anywhere from here, but was a comfortable stay for a friends wedding taking place in the nearby town. The room we had was huge for hotel room averages and had a large bathroom. The breakfast was not included, but you can pay approximately...

This hotel gets my highest rating, considering the price! The room was clean and quite comfortable. Service was very good and the breakfast was delicious ($9 per person/children free). You get more than you pay for with this hotel. Water in room not potable, but free bottled water available. I stayed here with my 4 children when visiting Parc Safari...

Stayed for three nights in order to enjoy two days at parc Safari with our two kids. We were upgraded to a queen room w two beds. The hotel is new with a nice restaurant that is open seasonally. It is located very close to the US/Cda border and approx 10 min drive from parc Safari. There is not much...

Room was big with two comfortable queen beds, nice bathroom, ac and fridge. The new york border is right next to the hotel and then theres another 40 min to Montreal. Friendly staff, could definetely...

Stayed one night with 2 children. Clean room, comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool but not enough table or chairs for the amount of people using the pool. We had supper at the restaurant as the Hole is a little piece away from anything. Supper was terrible. Took about an HR for it to come. Fries were under cooked, wings bland,fettichinne...

We booked the Parc Safari package and stayed in a suite. Location was a short drive to the zoo. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Rate included breakfast which is always a bonus. Friendly service and hotel restaurant was very reasonably priced.

The hotel was clean which is the most important thing to me (other than safety). It had a restaurant and pool which was convenient. No frills but nice staff. Had a couple of hiccups on their part but were very gracious. Primary language is French, but they try very hard with their English.... they get the job done.

My husband and I stayed here for one night with our 2.5 year old. We took a package that included one night stay and two days at Parc Safari. We went to the hotel early on the first day to get our package info to bring to Parc Safari, which is located about 10 minutes away, which is great! The...

Was visiting the area over night, found the front desk staff excellent, restaurant the food was excellent, very busy but all was handled well. Room was clean and very nicely appointed. VERY FAST WiFi - impressively fast. Others have mentioned about not drinking the water, but not a problem with Bottled water supplied.
