The newly renovated BEST WESTERN PLUS PARIS SACLAY in Saclay, a town famous for its jouy tiles, just 8 mn from the Chateau de Versailles and close to Paris. Situated at the entrance to the HEC business school campus, this modern hotel puts hospitality, comfort and friendliness first. Our restaurant is opened 7 days a week (except for Saturday lunch). The swimming pool does not exist anymore, you can find now a lounge terrasse.

Hotel of fairly good quality in its services. but frustrated at having chosen it for the sauna which seemed to be broken for a while, the quality of the rooms could be improved compared to the previous Best Westerns visited (bad smells, light and electrical outlet broken).

The establishment must have undergone a disinfestation campaign, according to what the reception staff told me. It turns out that during my stay I noticed the presence of dead flies in several areas of the room. Which is very disturbing.

Hotel very well located in a quiet area, very comfortable, clean room, on the 6th floor, very pleasant to rest for 2 days. The breakfast was very complete, well varied with very good quality products, fruit juices, pastries, breads, cheeses and cold meats, pancakes, cereals, coffee and tea of course. We thank the Management for upgrading us following a slight problem with the window in the first room, we were in a much larger suite. Particularly appreciated gesture coming from far away in the provinces for 2 days in Paris.

On a very warm day all the air conditioning had been turned off. And the room temperature was unbearable. The restaurant wasn’t open and after a 9 hour drive we would have liked more than the 3 poor options offered. Reception desk staff were not interested. If a hotel advertises that it offers certain facilities then these should be available

The location at the entrance of the HEC Paris with direct access to Executive Education buildings makes it very practical and convenient for executive program participants. Rooms are big, well equipped and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel definitely.

Need to improve Client service, Cleaniness of the room overall (e.g. Room Carpet, hard pillows, bathroom funfus, freezer fungus, etc.). Poor internet connection! Business trips requires convenience, not suffering.

I highly recommend Amine and Barhat for their exceptional welcome at the Best Western Paris Saclay. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay most enjoyable. Their attention to detail and willingness to make sure I had everything I needed was remarkable.

The staff was professional, polite and helpful. They made a difference to our stay. The lift are old, rattling up and down the floors. The corridor on the fifth floor was smelly and there was some left over trash lying around. Our room smelled weird, something between mould and urine. We wondered if a dog had stayed in this room. Bedding is on the hard side and pillows are uncomfortably high and firm. We picked this hotel as we had pleasant stays in other Best Western Hotels, but ultimately we were disappointed by Best Western in Saclay

L’arrêt de bus se trouve juste en face de l’hôtel à coter du campus et il vous ramène directement à la gare.cet arrêt de bus n’est pas desservi les dimanches,au passage j’ai adoré mon week-end dans cet hôtel personnel accueillant souriant et surtout très professionnel.

Nous sommes désolée, notre piscine est fermée définitivement depuis plusieurs mois. Néanmoins, vous pourrez profiter de notre sauna et espace fitness sans frais supplémentaires.
