Management and staff always friendly and very helpful. The location is very convenient. The restaurant "The Gallery" hasn't disappointed us. The food has been great. Must try the deep fried butter tart. Yummmmm

Coupon redemption and registration was complex as a 'long term apartment rental'. I had never had to fill in, read and agree to so much stuff for a two night stay anywhere.

Our unit was very nice and clean, well laid out with two bedrooms. Considering the hot and extremely humid days the central AC in the unit – PRICELESS.
However, the dishes needed to be washed before use. The shower head needed to be replaced - we left note with the manager. He was apologetic and seemed to jump on it right away, made notes etc. We should have complained as soon as we noticed the problem.

The private, sandy beach is on a channel. It is small and there was floating water vegetation on both ends, Otherwise the water was clean to swim in. It is too bad. With a small amount of work the floating leafs could have been raked and removed. There is a much larger public beach across the channel.

We stayed after the Labor Day weekend. The place was very quiet. Maybe too quiet for some but it was a nice place to recharge. The on-site restaurant was closed but we found a nice waterfront bar/restaurant with good food at reasonable prices just across the Trent-Severn lock. You can walk (20 minutes?) or borrow a bike from the resort.

The units can sleep up to six people. Take some friends or family with you.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Driftwood Cove!

The cottages were clean and well equipped with linens, dishes, and small kitchen appliances. We especially liked the screened-in porches for the evening (away from the mosquitos and within earshot of sleeping kids), and the option to turn on air conditioning when it was very hot.

The beach was great for swimming, and the kids enjoyed kayaking and pedal boating. My young daughter spent hours fishing (very successfully) from the swim raft, and we could supervise well from the lounge chairs on the beach.

We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant, and it was delicious. The kids enjoyed daily ice cream cones.

The resort was great value, and all we could ask for. The owners and staff were very accommodating towards our large group. We hope to return!

Nothing too fancy or exciting. Very basic rooms with kitchen and bathroom. We would have liked housekeeping services since we used 4 wet towels over and over again. The beds were all doubles and needed more pillows. The air conditioning was great and fan provided good white noise.
The view is okay but for Muskoka- I wouldn’t stay here again. It does however provide decent value for families with lots of people (6) per cottage.

Cottage #1 with 3 bedrooms is excellent. Very clean. The staff is attentive and hard working. The on site restaurant is very good. Try the pickeral dinner or wings. The OPP marine unit occasionally stops there for lunch. We have already booked for next July 2019.

Room Tip: cottage number is best if you have children. It is directly in front of the beach and play ground.

Cottage was fine, with a west view focusing on the sunsets. 3 bedrooms for 3 guests. Very efficiently outfitted with tv, wifi and all amenities needed.

BUT Sat nite the big boat in the marina directly in front of us in it's slip had a party with swearing and loud voices from 6 pm til 4 AM When I lost my cool and yelled at them to keep it down..in so many words. There was no way to contact anyone who could do that for us.
They also were parking their cars behind the cottage and kept leaving the boat to hang out at their vehicles, beepers going, lights flashing..it was disastrous for we 3 trying to sleep.
BUT the owner/manager Brian told us how sorry he was and went to speak to them this morning and offered us 2 nights complimentary any time in the future!! Can't ask for better than that!! We were pleased, and advise anyone experiencing the same thing to be sure to get it stopped before 4 AM and let management know. Thank you for addressing the issue so kindly Driftwood Cove owner.
