You reach the hotel by a boat since there is no access through land. It is located in a lush green forest right by the water. Stunning views! Rooms are clean and good sized with beautiful views of the water, mountains and green. The small natural hot water pool is a musty try since you see the hot water stream...

End of February. At the parking lot along the main Carretera Austral, we found one of the boat operators who made an appointment for us to take the last boat for the day at 16:30 hrs. This way we could enjoy the visit to the Hanging Glacier in the Queulat National Park a little further down the road. Upon arrival...

What a fantastic experience. Wonderful cozy lodge and spa, very friendly staff with the ever presence of lodge owner/general manager Christine Kossmann. Some staff members are fluent in English which certainly is beneficial to non-Spanish speaking guests, but our knowledge of Spanish certainly was helpful.. Good food (choices of two fixed menus at night and excellent buffet breakfast.) Luncheon is...

This hotel, with stunning views, is an absolute disaster, overprized, we felt like hostages in a green cage, inexperienced personnel, the hotel and spa in notorious bad shape, lazy care of environmental matters. This time was our third time there, and sadly it will be the last. Never again. It is outrageous.

Hotel is in a bad shape, restaurant service ok but the food is not good or even bad. The prices they calculate are to high. Internet is very very bad. They force you to pay in US dollars to a terrible rate. It's almost theft. The spa is not of this time. The termas are old concrete basins.

We enjoyed this hotel because of the stunning location and the hotspring pools. The reception at the parking ground was a bit strange, but the kind reception in the hotel itslef made up for this. We liked the main areas of the hotel. It is all very nicely decorated and in the evenings they burn candles. Good music in public...

The Puyuhuapi Lodge was our third stop on our two week trip on the Carretera Austral We drove there from Pumalin Park, a drive with spectacular scenery. The drive to Puyuhuapi is in itself spectacular as we wound our way along a very long lake. Once we went through Puyuhuapi, we encountered one of Patagonia's spectacular fjords. About 25 km...

My wife and I really loved everything about this lodge. The beautiful setting, the excellent dinners, the friendly and accommodating staff and the incredible indoor and outdoor hot springs pools and spas. We arrived by plane in Coyhaique and the lodge had a driver that drove us the 4 1/2 hours to the lodge. Even that was beautiful. After five...

It was one of the best places we have stayed in for years. Great setting, great views. An awesome opportunity to relax. No cell, no wifi. The rooms were large and the beds great. Every room has great views over the canal/fjord. We even saw Dolphins. But if you could choose, get a room in the 'Viento Puelche' which is...

I travelled with a group of clients to “Termas de Puyuhuapi Lodge & Spa”. The Place: A highly recomendable Paradise.
