This Hotel disappointed us; they forgot to clean our rooms for two days. No hospitality.Rooms are dirty and full of dust.Worse Hotel in Marangu but the most expensive one!!! Marangui is a beautiful place which needs best Hotels.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of our private safari. The public areas are comfortable with lots of wood and big sofas. The rooms however are very poor. The corridor to our rooms was like Cell Block H. The door did not lock, there was no hot water, the toilet did not flush. Breakfast was...

We stayed here the night before we started our Kilimanjaro climb. The staff is kind and very helpful, and the restaurant is pretty good. The rooms are nothing special, but certainly adequate and they have hot water, which is the most important thing if you are there for the climb. It was raining when we were there and the rooms...

We were a group of 12 and stayed 1 night before climbing the kilimanjaro. Because my cell phone didn't work I was kind of lost but the barkeeper lent me his for 5 days to take it with me to the top of Africa. He trusted me even though he didn't know me. Besides everything else, this man - Ajan?...
