A small but comfortable place, everything was good! I really liked the included breakfast, the room, the pool, if I had to complain about something it would be I don't know if it included more variety in the breakfast than on the island!

I would recommend Comfort Inn 💯 percent staff was very helpful and kind always greet you at everytime and asked if you needed anything..pet friendly I was amazed at how they had a christmas tree with pet gift ornaments for your pet to pick one..and the beach balcony view was spectacular as per breakfast was just like homemade and fresh very organized and clean.. I would definitely come back!! I loved everything of Comfort Inn

I arrived very very late Because my flight didn't come in until almost midnight. And it was almost 1: 30 when i finally arrived. The man working the desk was right there I didn't have to wait or ring a bell For somebody to show up. The parking lot was a little small but it was not a problem.

I realy love and enyoy every stay as they make us feel at home. From the service, the breakfast, the rooms, everything is spectacular. I definitely recommend it blind folded without a doubt. You also have many options around to do and food too. Thank you all for your excellent customer service.

Great place. Great staff. Great view. Great everything. Greta breakfast. In front of the ocean, not beach. Great restaurants nearby. Again, their staff are wonderful. Many Place to drink and dance. Will return.

Visited San Juan, PR with my wife. The hotel was at a good location, pleasant stay with everything within the city limits. Had a great time, the hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Will stay at this place gain.

Bathroom was the size of a closet. Child size toilet, not suitable for an adult. Overcharged for room. Another guest's invoice was slipped under the door with my invoice. I was supposed to receive a reduced "government rate." The other person had a lower rate than mine. Called this to the attention of the front desk clerk. Pretty much no response. Annoying motor noise near the room during the entire stay, rising and lowering in pitch. Door closer adjusted to where it was very difficult to open the door. Room had unusual odor. Not very clean.

I am a choice rewards member. Decided to book through Bookings.com because it was cheaper. Guess you get what you pay for have stayed at Confort Inns before. This is the smallest room I have ever stayed. Bathroom size compares to a cruise bathroom. The shower was dirty and it is not for two people to be confortable. Had to close the curtains because all guest at the pool could see inside my room. Parking is free so that is a plus but parking spaces are very narrow. Breakfast included but If you want to have coffee better drive to a near bakery because milk and liquid cream is not provided. No ham or bacon. Meat provided is sausage with scrabled eggs. With booking.com your TV will be a 32" in this little room. Definetly will not stay here again becuase when booking the difference in room was not clarified…

Pictures on this website are very deceiving. I paid for a pool, pool view which means a balcony, 2 queen beds and got NONE of that. Pool had a leak so it was empty (we got a very small refund for that). We checked into room #107 which was basically felt like we were in a basement, dark and cold, felt like a dungeon. Our view out a window (not the balcony that I paid for) was dirt and a concrete wall. There were cobwebs, mosquitoes, dirty towels, dirty comforter, stuffing from comforter coming out of it, no hot water for a few showers, the phone didn’t work. No refrigerator, No pool, no pool view, no balcony, NO queen beds. The staff insisted it was 2 queens but we measured it. They were doubles/full size. The beach across the street was FULL of trash. We couldn’t even walk on it, not safe. Not sure where the clean beach pics came from on your website. Other than the regular trash, broken glass, masks, I saw a part of a chair, deflated soccer & basketball, shoes. The beach was a Dumping ground!!! The staff was actually very friendly but I’d rather have rude staff and a room that I actually paid for. Not sure why we were moved to the dungeon room.
