The Place is very well maintained, located at a easy to reach place with lot of good places nearby. The hosts are really courteous, ambiance is great. Would recommend this place any day. Located near the hills of kodachadri it gives an awesome view of the surroundings with couple of minutes of drive.

It was a pleasant stay we had at Villa in Simha Farms. Mr. Adithya a very Humble Host. Place is neatly Maintained. Though Food was homely and delicious menu can be improvised. Some More activities can be added.

Just prior to Christmas holidays, we planned this trip (Wife, Daughter and myself). First I thought it’s just a farm house with overnight stay facilities. When we arrived, we realized that the resort was much nicer than I imagined. This is a watery world without any man made disturbances - great place to relax. The service and food absolutely blew...

It was one Pleasant Stay in the midst of the Forest Just beneath the Kodachadri. Rooms are Good and sufficient in the Malnad Architecture Fashion. Quick & Quality Service, Food and some interesting things grown in the Garden makes you feel Great about the Stay. [Mr.Aditya Gave me a Strawberry Kind of Guava which are so so tiny in size...

Aditya - host was immensely helpful in coordinating and guiding us from our way from Bangalore... We three of us stayed in a single tent . In the evening he arranged Jeep to kodachadri ... It was like once again affirming " it's not about the destination. It's about the journey "... Aditya maintains 15 acres of farm land mostly...

Had been to simha farms with friends for a weekend(november), well maintained villa within the arecanut farm. Nice location to hangout with family/friends, awesome malnad food and hospitality. Had a nice time at nearby water stream. Resort is on the SH26, Near to Kodachadri and Kollur.

Location : Close to the main road, so accessibility is not a problem. Rooms & Service : We stayed in the Villa which has 2 queen size beds and a huge bath room. It was super clean and interior was well done. Resort : Situated in the middle of betelnut/coffe planatation. Property is very well maintained. Has amenities like Badminton/Volley...

Location: Its right beside SH26. A water stream passes on one side of the stay and on other side, we have a road which connects Kollur road to Kodachadri road. Environment: The Farm is pretty vast with some amazing statues made by the owner placed on the ways. Statues are so close to natural! Birds are in abundance in this...

We (couple and 1 kid) stayed in Villa for one day.. Jeep to Kodachadri was well arranged.. Veg food... local tasty dishes... pepper pickle was too good.. Rooms very well maintained... there are lot of sculptures in the area which is quite interesting.. my son enjoyed taking photos with those things..

I stayed with my wife and son at the Villa of Simha farms on the 7th and 8th Oct. The villa is simply perfect for a relaxing vacation. The large window provides a great view of the farm. The sofas in the front lounge and the cots inside are very comfortable. I spent a quite afternoon reading a nice Kannada...
