One of the most terrible stays we have ever experienced. First of all, hotel staffs were not cooperative and they were rude at times. Don't have high hopes of service and class as the name looks like. Despite booking in advance, the booking details was not available at hotel and we need to explain about the booking. The deluxe room, which we booked, was not serviced properly. First of all, walls were damped, AC was not working- so we were allotted another room. In that room, TV was disconnected and the room was small. Later on, we have been shifted to 3rd room, where the pillow and bed sheets were so untidy/dirty- no one can accept it. After multiple request, they changed bed-sheets and pillow. While changing bed sheet- we found the bed was broken. When highlighted, the hotel person told- don't worry- nothing will happen. As soon as my son sat, that bed came down from one side. We called Hotel Manager and he changed the bed. We lost 3-4 hours, unnecessarily to talk on this items. Once we settled down in 3rd room, we happen to see- the shower was loose and it came out. There was no proper water flow in the flush- connected to toilet pan. We complained to the manager, but no action taken. We thought of changing the hotel with all these problems, but last moment we did not occupancy in other hotel as it was long weekends. • Wi-Fi – 2nd day, the Wi-Fi device was switched off and we made him to make it ON. • Food - 1. The complimentary breakfast, was not served as we get in other hotels. Here we did not have much variety and you need to order out of 4 options (Puri-Sabjee/ Poha / Aloo Paratha/ Omelets. 2. There were no juice and it was restricted that one person can choose only one item. And you have pay, if you take additional item. While asking for tissue paper, it was told to us- there is no tissue paper we have. There was no sense of buffet, which is very common. 3. For dinner, no Tandoor item (even Roti, which is basic) was available- so we went outside to eat our food. So overall, an unorganized with lack of services offered. There was no courtesy at all. Never recommended others to book and face the same.…
Decent hotel with good food. No bill was provided as they said they still did not have a GST number. Parking to be done on the side road as the hotel does not have any parking. Near to various attractions in Khandala/Lonavala. Wifi works only at the reception.
