I have to say this was one of the best B&B I have stopped at. Julie was very welcoming. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The whole of the place was warm and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with nothing being too much for Julie. Highly recommended

We stayed here 3 nights and felt completely at home. Nice en suite room, very comfortable bed, everything we needed, and delicious breakfasts. Julie was wonderful, always helpful, and especially so when we accidentally left our cell phone in a restaurant and she called to sort it out for us so we could later retrieve it. We will definitely stay...

Julie our hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely, warm and cosy as was the sitting room with great log burner. We spent the later part of our second evening after fish and chips in Matlock Bath in there. Fabulous breakfasts both mornings of our two night stay.

Pig of Lead was great, the owner was very helpful with information about the area and very friendly. We had an amazing breakfast every single morning that I still dream of now (full English, kippers or smoked salmon with scrambled egg; with amazing coffee or tea, plus the regular cereal, milk, orange juice and fruit), and our room had all...

Thank you for your review. As regards your room tip for room 2 , the only difference between this room and the others is the bed size and the price. You, the guest choose the room you want to book and the bed sizes are stated. Room 2 has a double bed. Maybe a 6" bed or a twin bed...

3 night stay 26th - 28th Aug There's not much to add as people have already said it, but what i can say is that you won't be disappointed. Room was well equipped, comfortable, including a large TV. Don't you just hate 20" TVs? WiFi was also available in the room and plenty of parking space. Good choice of food...
