Had went here long back (not in the year mentioned - have mentioned Nov 2013 as there is no option after that) for a team outing. Since it was a team outing we were the almost the only people there other than 1 or 2 other families. Since I had been there long back I don't remember much about it... More

We two couples enjoyed the package on 19th & 20th November 2011. Delux Rooms on first floor are Good. But Couples have to take care because in night at around 1.15pm somebody was peeping in our room through window. Swimming pool was very clean. Food was also good, they offered different types at lunch and dinner. Mr.Godbole attended us personally... More

Most of the rooms have common balconys.. which means that I can get out on my balcony and view the other room from their window. We stayed in a so called Deluxe room, on the first floor. The curtain at the window does not even cover the entire window. Our neighboring room was unoccupied. In the night at around 2.00am... More

Ya thats true highly inco-operative staff. This place is a definite no no to whoever really is looking for cleanliness. They are very good at fooling people. We became members of Club Zoia(supposedly the same as Zoia Mountain Spa & Resorts). Through every communication I had mentioned I want 4 Deluxe rooms in main building and till the last minute... You can easily find directions to this resort on google maps. Nice and clean swimming pool. Staff was warm but unclean and shabby. Unclean rooms, resort, staff, kitchen, staff clothes and bed sheets. Indoor games includes table tennis, volley ball and carrom. Veg and Non Veg kitchen is common. Utensils are unclean.

We had booked a stay here for a reasonable good bargain from a deals website. The rooms though not plush, are quite neat and clean. This place has a lot of indoor plants, they seem to have a liking for nature. I think practically none of the containers are wasted and you'll find them being used as planters right till... More
