I think this is the only place to stay in Sariska, but perhaps a little competition would help this place. Upon arrival, I was blown away by the grandeur of the property. It used to be a Palace for royalty, but time hasn't been kind to this place. I understand cutting costs wherever you can, but there was leftover food...

We had lunch on our visit to Sariska. Place is very near to the gate of Sariska wildlife sanctuary. Staff at hotel was friendly and food was ok. In addition we had tea at this palace after our safari and moved on to night stay at Bharatpur.

If you specially don’t need to stay in Sariska Palace Hotel, better don’t do that. If you are lazy or don’t brave enough and be one of the tourist in the group only, you don’t have a choice. But if you are an explorer, just look for the another option. Don’t loose your time and money there. This Maharaja ,,Palace”...

Beautiful, old, Maharajas Palace. Splendid grounds, looks very grand. Rooms large but rather dark no wifi facilities in rooms, only in Lounge. TV supposedly on offer in rooms, but due to lack of working aerial no signal available. "The monkeys damaged the aerial!" We were given the option of choosing a more suitable room, which we did after looking at...

we went there and thought that it may be a good place. They upgraded our room and provided so-called Queen super deluxe room. It was not maintained at all, poor looking and very bad quality. They are charging too much, no dress code for employees and not at all any satisfaction. Place is good one time visit. You have to...

In Sariska, there are very few properties that can live up to expectations of an urban traveler. Sariska Palace is a heritage property but maintenance could improve. Food is good and they normally arrange some music in evening. Seems like promoters don't have funds. So beware of which rooms they are offering you and at what price. Do not miss...

Well located & a beautiful property but miserably maintained. Rooms unkept & smelly, lawns not manicured, restrooms in a very poor condition, linen old & pale, crockery dilapidated..., overall a palace calling for a desperate need of renovation. The only asset is the hospitable & cooperative staff. The management could make it a wonderful palatial tourist destination provided they work...

Considering we were amongst the last ones to plan a trip outside Delhi on the long Independence Day weekend, there weren't much options left for us to book and that's when we came across the option of Sariska Palace. The website assures a lot of facilities and a rustic charm to the place, which we sadly found missing. The stay...

Sariska, India

Dear Mr. Paras Garg,

This is the General Manager of Sariska Palace, I had personally investigated the matter and had a detailed discussion with Sebastian & the rest of my team and would like to clarify the points raised by yourself in terms of services at our hotel.

As per the investigation I could understand that :-

1. Banquet Hall was offered to you from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm but my team kept the same opened for you till 3.30 am !

2. The conference set up were removed and low bolster seating facility were provided at around 10.00 pm on your request to facilitate your cocktail session till 3.30 am.

3. Snacks were provided irrespective of any time frame that we agreed upon

4. Dinner was suppose to be served in our restaurant from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm but finally this was served in your room past midnight.

5. Next day breakfast was served beyond our closing time of 10.30 am

6. Next day services also were facilitated in the best manner again the dinner was served beyond our 10.30 pm time frame.

All the above facilities and services were rendered to you without any lapse ! On the contrary, we at Sariska does not offer, guarantee or commit any room service as we are put up on 56 acres in different blocks and it is humanly not possible to serve you with our property set-up. You would agree that our set up is totally different from the 5* ambiance!!

With the aforesaid facts I would like to conclude that all your concern and apprehension was purely based on the rate/final bill factor - charging our agreed upon 17 persons (your final count was 15) !! Here I would like to just remind you that we offer rates based on the number of persons and needs certain guarantee to maintain the same.

So, I think you do not appreciate my teams efforts & services though non of this was not agreed upon or committed to you! Or their simply waiving off the 5% Service Charge you were suppose to make on payment with AMEX Card !!

However, we wish to assure you that we shall make the best of our efforts and render the highest quality of services always and would be pleased to serve you in future as well.

Thanking you,

General Manager
