Small, simple and nice hotel. Good value for money. Rooms are a good size and well maintained. Friendly staff. You can borrow a bike and use it to explore the area. Not a fancy bike, but you don't need one because the terrain around Bang Saray is generally quite flat and easy to cycle around.

I stayed a night with my husband. Just want to relax from hard working. We spent most time in swimming pool n our jaguzzi. The hotel doesn't much far to the beach. We had dinner in room. Not much choice for the menu but it's tasty.

Very nice property.. Problem with staff.. They dont understand even a single word of english👎
The concern increases as no body understand english at reception also.. Would suggest hotel management to employee some additional staff that understand atleast basic english.. Otherwise its a very good property with European them and nice pool and rooms

We stayed there december 30 to january 1 2025. We decided to go back there for the 4th time and to celebrate our new year as a couple. Well, what a way to end our year. It was kind of a nightmare staying there.

Firstly, we were checked in to a different room that we had booked.

2nd, the veranda where the jacuzzi was placed, was very filthy and filled with bird poop.

3rd, the small stair well going to the jacuzzi is also used as a door to access the bottom part of the jacuzzi tubes and motor and the smell was horendous. It smelled like a dead rat in a sweaty wooden cabinet that was locked for months. We had to place wet towels to cover the gaps so we won't gag or puke at worst.

4th, we asked the guy to cover the jacuzzi access room and the guy said wait and he will be back but lo and behold, he never came back.

5th, when we transferred to another room the following day, it was better than the first room. No more foul smell... buuuuut, water was the problem, we run out of water and when it was finally back, the color of the water was quite dirty. Like broqnish, greenish color. We could've complained because we were a paying customer but we just ignored it so the staff can have a break on us. I dont want them to think that we are the asian karens.

6th, plug at tge tub in the shower/toilet room had a rusty screw that i almost fell and hit the glass wall because i accidentally stepped on it.

7th, the jacuzzi is deteriorating and no maintenance are marked around it. You can tell by the chipping parts and rough surfaces and rusty water sprouts.

8th, the 2 blue pillows with theese words "sleep" and "well", are also dirty and ypu can see from the letterings that it had been a while since the last time it was washed.

9th, the walls inside and outside the rooms are fading and chipping of as well.

Lastly the hallway smells awefull.

All in all, we will never go back there again. It was a hidden gem for us when we first went there. It just simply declines everyime we go there. It pains me to point all these things out but it is necessary. I honestly think that the owners had ignored the hotel for a long time now and you can tell it once you're there.
Anyways, i still wish them well and may the owners ba able to bring it back to it's former glory.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Very quiet, clean, and nice staff. Private pool. Close to beach . and will definately stay again when in that area. Price was good. Next visit will be a treat. The beds are the most comfortable for a hotel.

My time at the resort was 'very mixed':
The room layout was ok, the bed soft (which I liked), but there was mold in our room, a really very large spot which the hotel must be aware of. However, instead of fixing it they just continue to rent out the room.
I had booked the holiday deal which included a lunch or dinner and wanted to have that when I heard that the room is not ready when I arrived at 1 PM. I was told, I could not have that yet, only after 2 PM. Ok, weird... So I decided to go to the restaurant and order lunch there. I was in the restaurant for 15 minutes and asked two of the staff if I can order but no one ever came to my table to take the order. So I left hungry after 15 minutes and went to another restaurant until check in time.
The rooftop pool is nice. It does smell strong though when you sit in the swing chairs. Not sure what is wrong up there, could be a pipe problem or something else. I spend a lot of time at the pool but there was never staff around to clean. That's another minus point for the pool. So when people left all chairs where standing around not nice but no one came to fix this. Also,in the lift is advertisement for 'healthy shakes which you can get at the pool bar during the weekends at certain times'. When I wanted to get a shake at these times there was no one at the pool bar (actually it was closed the whole time).

I agree with other people who said that you can take beautiful pictures in the place. There are lot's of little 'neat' things or places to take pictures. But that's not what I look for in a holiday. It's not most important to me what pictures my friends see, but that I can relax in a place, that it's clean and mold free and does not smell bad.

I'm sorry for the bad review, but it's honest and how it was. I hope this is helpful to you.

went to have a few days get away with my wife and we totally enjoyed our stay. it was inexpensive because we booked it online. the place is a hidden gem because it is so peaceful and quiet. we had a jacuzzi and the room was neat and clean. downside was the food like other hotels and when we asked the jacuzzi to be replaced, they didn't put any solutions that's why we had rashes all over our body. but the rest was still good. will definitely stay here again.

Let me first say they took the most lovely people in Thailand and bought them under one roof. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! I can forc some much needed rest and I found heaven. I am coming back in a few months. I would stay in Costa Wells Resort even if I had a home here!! Everyone was very friendly towards me being this was my first time I felt good because of the way the staff treated me. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! Would like to see the pool bar open. I'm the laid back type and staying around the hotel is good enough for me. THANK YOU!!

Hi sorry for the late reply. The jacuzzi uses the same system as swimming pool so the bubble or bath bomb is not allowed. But the jacuzzi is a great addition. If your room has a bathtub in the bathroom, you can use the bubble there.

Hi Lana, Thanks for your interest in staying with us. We offer international buffet breakfast and for other meals, you can enjoy Thai and Western menu at our restaurant Fira. There are also several Thai, seafood, coffee shop on the Bangsaray Beach road which is within walking distance. Pattaya city is about 20 minutes away by car. We are located on Bangsaray beach which is quieter than Pattaya and offers local charm, yet there are attractions nearby. The resort has a spa which is expected to open in early Feb, also there are small massage shops nearby. We also offer a free Tuk Tuk shuttle to nearby spots as well. Regards, The team at Costa Well Resort Pattaya
