    Stay for 1 night. The hotel is facing the yamagishi lake which provide nice view. The ryokan is mixed between traditional and modern design. Quite nice We had traditional japanese meal for dinner and breakfast here. The room is tatami style. No problem to me....More

    Hotel staff left our room keys at the reception counter unattended at night as they were out on patrol! Anyone could have taken the room keys and gone into our room! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable! And the entire hotel and room smelled of cigarette smoke...More
