Here to take part the 5th fujisan marathon. Unfortunately the weather forecast for Sunday is raining. I really hope it does not rain, if not it will be terrible condition for the full 42 km run. Hope for the best!

The hotel is very nice, spacious room and good amenities. There is lake in front of the hotel, you can see mount Fuji while sipping green tea in you room. I really love the atmosphere of the area. The Japanese style dinner was great too and the staff at the restaurant were helpful.

The hotel is situated on the Kawaguchiko lake, with a view of Fujisan..right on spot. No matter which room you are in, will be able to see the Fujisan. The room is spacious, Japanese style. Breakfast was OK, mixed Japanese and western, I would love to have pure Japanese food. Two onsens are provided for men and women, and are...

The New Century is a little past its prime but if you want to open the curtains in the morning and have a cracking view of Mt Fuji across the lake at a reasonable price this is the hotel to go for. All others along this side of the lake are in a much higher price bracket. All rooms have...

The room had a nice view over the lake and Mount Fuji. The hotel was a bitoutdated but clean enough. The diner at the hotel was really nice and the onsen were great. Overall a good enough hotel - but definitely too expensive for the service!

Won't recommend. The hotel is small and old. We paid around $250 for a western-style room, with breakfast only & no dinner. With this price, we could have other better choices in this area. Hotel staff are friendly. Location is good. Restaurant just ok. The basement onsen has no view at all.

The hotel is a little old, however it has all the necessary amenities. Hotel staff is able to speak basic English and they are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and cozy. Onsen is a little small pool. Meals at the hotel are absolutely sumptuous. I would stay here again!
