Had a great stay . A carefully prepared and exquisite Japanese dinner and breakfast with great views of Fujisan and lake Kawaguchiko were the highlights of the stay . Pickup and drop off at the station was prompt and well organized.

We chose this hotel because we supposedly could see mt fuji from our room and the price was reasonable. It was cloudy when we came so we were upset that we couldnt see mt fuji. We were told that the next morning should be clear so we kept our hopes up. But in the evening the cloud were starting to...

You can see Mt Fuji from your room. Good dinner and breakfast. Friendly, English speaking staffs. Spacious room with private bathroom. Comfortable futon and soft duvet. Retro bus stop is a short walk. We will be back for sure.

We chose this hotel for its location. We woke up in the morning. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji and its shadow on the lake. Astonishing. The breakfast and dinner are delicious. Two places for onsen, on the 7th floor and 1st floor. Help you soak away the tiredness and sore by walking around the lake. What a good...

The hotel itself was ok if dated.... like walking into a 1980s British hotel. Having said that the rooms are very clean, the service is very good and the onsen is great. The only thing...

Here to take part the 5th fujisan marathon. Unfortunately the weather forecast for Sunday is raining. I really hope it does not rain, if not it will be terrible condition for the full 42 km run. Hope for the best!

The hotel is very nice, spacious room and good amenities. There is lake in front of the hotel, you can see mount Fuji while sipping green tea in you room. I really love the atmosphere of the area. The Japanese style dinner was great too and the staff at the restaurant were helpful.
