Wifi is expensive in Cook Islands. We bought a Bluesky visitor sim for $49NZD. Gave us enough wifi for our 6 day trip. I used it sparingly while we were out and about so had data left over. Can purchase wifi through hotel but that way is much more costly. They do have a computer which you can access for free in the hotel lobby.... 15 mins each day. The Bluesky visitor is the way to go.
