I've stayed there for one night and we were in the tourelle room (the one with the big bay window facing the water) it was a really nice room, very clean and comfortable. The only thing that i found a bit deceiving is that from that room you hear everyone that speaks in the dinning rooms or anyone that enters...

We stayed for two nights in the Pavilion. It was a huge room! And also very comfortable. The property is in the perfect place for viewing sunrises/sunsets. The hosts, Lyne and Yvon, are very friendly people. We are looking forward to returning soon.

A 40 minute drive from the ferry landing in Rivière-du-Loup, you'll find the lovely Auberge Foin de Mer. The cheerful and accommodating owners offer rooms in the main house or in the "pavilion" that sits right next to the main house. The six of us occupied 3 of the 4 pavilion rooms. We were thrilled with the luxury of very...

We stayed for one night in the auberge au coin in Kamouraska. We had booked the room with the bay window and it surpassed our expectations. A nice big room with comfy chairs at the window. Spotlessly clean, good bedding. A bit of a pity that the booklet had a few do's and a lot of dont's in it. Good...

You could stay there for days, enjoying the tide, the sunrises and sunsets and never getting tired of this beautifully manicured oasis of comfort and tranquility. The rooms were very large and extremely well appointed with large chairs and bay windows overlooking the majestic St. Lawrence. The welcome was warm and friendly with good humor thrown in. The breakfast was...

Gracious friendly hosts. Clean comfortable room. Firmest mattress of our whole trip. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Right at the beach. Kamouraska is a lovely little town. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a very pleasant night at the Auberge Foin de Mer in Kamouraska on a trip to Nova Scotia. The Auberge is located on a quiet street with a beautiful first row view of the St Laurence river which is so wide at this point that it is really as sea view (the water is actually sea water and...

The Foin de Mer, where I stayed for three days, was a perfect winter get-away. The road, driveway and front walk were kept ploughed and bare of snow, and I could walk quite a distance along the river and loop back through the village. There were no problems either finding the auberge, or driving between it and the main road....

We spent two nights in Kamouraska at this inn, and were so glad we did. The owners really know the meaning of hospitality. Breakfast was outstanding, with dark coffee, homemade muffins, FRESH-squeezed OJ, and chef's special of the day. It's off the main road, right down on the water's edge, and we heard the waves all night.
