I stayed at Villa Ward in Kamouraska for 4 nights. I had initially planned for 3 nights but added another one because i loved it so much. The b and b is beautiful, with tasteful décor, charming yet not overdone. The heated pool is much appreciated in the summer !

This beautiful historic inn in a gorgeous little town is a must stay!!! The common areas both inside and outside including the gorgeous rooms are beautifully appointed. The hosts and staff are all lovely and have great service down to the details. The breakfast??!!!! Go for that alone! Using a lot of local ingredients the buffet is exceptional not in hundreds of okay items but the perfect amount of excellent quality items served it style. The pool in the garden is a perfect relaxing oasis. This is not a kiddy pool! Bring your wine, beer or beverages and enjoy a very special time in a special place! EXCELLENT value for money! Stay here!!

We stayed 4 nights on this our first visit to Quebec. Jamie and Michel were wonderful hosts, and our room - with a view over the rear garden and pool area - was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with a super king bed - and a large en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. If you want comfortable, old-world charm in a place designed for rest and refreshment, this is the place. The house dates back to the 1800s and has been refurbished preserving that elegance and quiet charm. There is a comfortable lounge and verandahs and gardens with a pool. Breakfasts were a highlight - fresh fruit, muesli, smoothies, french pastries and a different cooked plate every morning. For four days we did nothing and it was fantastic - walking around the village; enjoying the views and sunsets across the St Lawrence, savouring the local boulangerie, chocolaterie, and restaurants in Kamouraska. If it's mid-summer take some insect repellent with you as the local mosquitoes are quite persistent.

Room Tip: We had a room facing the rear garden - away from the road - very quiet.

We should have had more time to spend in this charming and stylish B&B. The interior and rooms are all nicely furbished with style. The breakfast meets highest expectations. There is absolutely nothing that should change, owner included!

This is the place to stay, with a truly French feel from the decoy to the wonderful breakfast.
The whole place was what one would hope would be, in a boutique accommodation along with the knowledgeable host informing you where to eat and visit.
Take your swimming costume as if its hot, they have a great pool to cool off in.

Our room was so cozy and beautifully decorated. An old hotel renovated by the owners. Charming staff, gourmet breakfast, gorgeous grounds and setting. Heated outdoor pool surrounded by English gardens. A gem for sure. Short walk in this quaint French Canadian town offering: art galleries, seafood restaurants, crafty shops (tasteful), located on the Gulf of St Lawrence. Beautiful sunset.
