. Very fair prices. Great breakfasts, western food and of course excellent chinese food. You do not feel bloated after eating there as in the case of other chinese restaurants. Food is not at all salty.

i had a great time here with my family.
i was supposed to go banff last week. but there was no vacant room near banff. So we change our plan to sylvan lake.
This hotel is close to sylvan lake and gull lake.
And the staff let us know outside pool near hotel for my kids.
We also had a good time in the outside pool .
i think room is renovated recently, so room is really clean and better than other expensive hotels.
i highly recommend blackfalds motor inn.

I wasn't expecting any good from this Inn which was just off the highway where I just go in and get sleep for the next day's driving. I however had a great time enjoying its newly renovated, clean and neat facilities. Bartender at the bar is kind and the Chinese restaurant on the main floors served great 'western' breakfast :)
The price was reasonable and the staffs were so kind as well.
Free wifi, Roomy and clean washroom, TV, Fridge and tea pot in the room!
I highly recommend this place for any travellers!

Found dirty stained panties under one bed and an empty thing and garter set under the other bed in the same room. I gave three hours notice before check in and told her I had three small kids with me. Is am disgusted. And wasn't offered a refund. I was offered a free night. Yeah, right. I don't see the difference. But regardless. Cheap rooms. Someone changed the password for the internet in our room so no WiFi cable and TV was the only decent thing beyond the big tub. Either way. This place should be avoided if possible. The "owner" jenny was not co operative and told me things like that happen at hotels. She was argumentative and almost offended when I asked for a refund. She didn't even want to give me her name. I am not sure she really owns it. But Megan was nice. All in all. A dive

Just wanted anyone passing through this cute little town I call home, that there is much better choices than this one.
Price is adequate.

We went there to get ready for an event and it was disgusting. It was dirty, dated and smelled horrifying.
We ended up going back to my house to get ready...make a long story short-choose another accommodation.

Great price of 49.99 a night…. As long as you are ok with never seeing your $100 deposit again. I stayed for 2 nights and paid $100 deposit. No soap to wash my hands. Open and partially used body wash as my only option to wash hands with. Toilet had stains in it and used TP. A month later I went back to get my deposit as it was not refunded on my world elite card. They publicly accused me of stealing a blow dryer (there wasn’t even soap). Further more they sent as text message to friends of mine accusing me of stealing from them. My personal financial information was shared, which is a breach of FOIP, etc. I’ve since had to cancel my credit card for unauthorized charges. please beware.

Completely renovated heritage hotel with two restaurants, liquor store, nightclub and games room. The room was impeccable, beds were comfortable although the view was not spectacular. That said, it has a feeling of home as the staff really extend the feeling of welcome. The rates are below average and when you’re travelling and tired that helps also. If you are in the area for work or passing thru this hotel may be just what you’re looking for. Not so child friendly as there are no amenities for kids but for one or two adults it fits the bill. Enjoy

This hotel was clean and new. There were a couple of things to consider when staying here
There is no mini frig .. the rooms are small...
However it was quiet and the breakfast hot and tasty!
There is a nice Hot tub and exercise room
It is close to Lacombe and Red Deer.

I had to check in at the bar, which I found unusual. The WIFI password would not work at all. The TV cable was off and could not get any cannel. The room was super small. The bathroom had a toilet and shower no tub and only 2 feet to move around in. Although the price was reasonable you get what you pay for not much!!

I wasnt expecting the rooms to be this good since this place was just an inn... But once i was in one, the impression i got was that this inn has as good as, heck, even better rooms than some of the hotel chains in canada. I had comfy stay and headed back to calgary with smile on my face all the way cuz of good sleep i got!
