The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient, and I especially liked how there was a little sausage dog behind the front desk. The room was small, which I expected, and felt very cozy. In the room that I chose there was no refrigerator or microwave but luckily I didn't need either the night I stayed. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean and everything was fairly quiet overnight, I didn't hear the noise from the street at all. The bed was soft and a little saggy in the middle, but that wasn't much of a problem. There was breakfast early in the morning provided and the hotel is also a stone's throw from McDonald's, Tim Hortons and 7-Eleven. I would definitely stay here again if I was in town.

Breakfast no sausage Out of Stock with IGA across parking lot At 840am few cold eggs left only. Comforter on bed ripped and carpet could use a cleaning although otherwise room was clean. Staff also very friendly and accommodating. Hotel prob trying to cut back on costs to recup after covid but need to invest in these things to keep customers coming back. Overall an enjoyable stay Hot tub and sauna were nice and good workout facilities but no pool altho the hotel rates are quite reasonable.

The staff is always friendly and courteous and helpful. The breakfast is good and the rooms are cleaned every day unlike some other hotel chains. The location in Blackfalds is perfect, it is central to all amenities in town if you want to walk or drive.

We stayed at this hotel in May for a couple nights while we looked at houses to purchase. It was great to see that they still had their gym and hot tub areas open during covid, with the proper covid measures in place. We had to book in a time slot the day before but the hotel wasn't busy so it was easy. The gym has a great selection of equipment and the hot tub/sauna are a nice addition. No pool but our family didn't mind. They packed us a bagged breakfast each morning. The hotel is very clean and well kept. It's in a great location, plenty of parking and hotel staff are very friendly.

The first time we stayed at this hotel we ended up with a room beside the Tim Horton's drive thru. It was annoying at 6 am. The second time we stayed we were facing the parking lot and it was much quieter.

We were here for business so we did not spent a great deal of time at the hotel. We checked in late afternoon and the process was quick and seamless. Staff were quite pleasant. Our room was clean and tidy. We somehow got a wheelchair accessible room and perhaps that is why there wasn't even one comfortable chair to sit in. The tiles in the shower were somewhat grungy but we didn't use it so not an issue. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, I'd stay there again just for the beds. A warm breakfast in the morning was appreciated. We had pancakes, bacon and toast and all were good.

Very small room. Could have been better cleaned. They really need to vacuum better. Bed was not the most comfortable, hard and super cheap sheets. Definitely skip the free breakfast! It was inedible. Would not stay again, personally, but if you're hard pressed for a place to stay then it's definitely better than a motel.

Excellent option to stay at while in the Lacombe/Red Deer area. Very good value for a reasonable price. Staff were hardworking and very friendly. Highly recommend this as an option when needing a clean, comfortable room with a good bed.

Room: Queen suite pretty small but good for one person. It would
Be tight for 2 people.

Bed: pretty comfy

Service: very friendly and helpful

Breakfast: very small and basic.

Location: great spot and easy to get around town from it.

Price: I booked on my hotels.com account for under $100 so for small town I consider that I good price.

Hallways are well used and carpet could be replaced

They need to offer more toiletries in the washroom.

Overall for the price it was ok.

We were only in the room for sleeping, came late checked out early. But everything was great. New TV's and Mattress' Room was very cozy. We will definitely stay again. We were in a hurry to get home in the morning so didn't eat breakfast or use the hot tub.
