Receptionist was fantastic.. Beds and pillows too firm for us, and we expected a set of towels each (we had to share a hand towel and bath towel). Watered down soap in the dispensers. Attached to Toby pub - can recommend the breakfast there! Was...More

Another enjoyable stay at this Travel Lodge we like the rooms, position, service and parking. You know exactly what you are going to get most important of all is a good nights sleep and the shower works with hot water!!

Comfortable, good location for our needs. It is what it is - a Travelodge. Good to be able to go down and have a buffet all you can eat breakfast at the pub linked to the building, really good value for money.

We stayed here on a weekend break to Solihull and Birmingham, the hotels location is great for transport networks and we found an amazing Italian - Sapore Sheldon a couple of hundred yards from the hotel. would stay again and the price was fantastic.

Standard Tea & Coffee making facilities. You also have TV and Wi-Fi. If you require an iron and board you have to ask at reception. Hope this helps.

You have to ask at reception. There is none in the room.

I'd ring them to make sure but I didn't get asked for any. I just gave them my name when I checked in. Payment was done when I booked.
