We got a room here in a panic at the last minute because we found ourselves in the Strasbourg area without a reservation during the Christmas market craze, and we were very pleasantly surprised at the excellent facilities and reasonable price. We paid 179 euros for a triple. The rooms were well-soundproofed, warm and comfortable with a good shower. My daughter and I especially liked the indoor pool and spa with two hot tubs, a hammam and sauna, all sparkling new and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was huge and varied. Very friendly, efficient service.

My plan was to stay longer, but after staying for the first 4-5 days, i regretted and I booked somewhere else. Not so bad, they pay more attention the the pool, which I never used so I can't comment for this, the breakfast has only the basics, and English, as usual in France, is a problem except the staff on reception.

The hotel is clean and calm. Very suitable for business accommodation with good location. The only negative point is the need of a car even to find a restaurant to eat (other than the hotel's).
A SPA is also available for a little relax in the evenings after work.

We stayed here last minute for a night due to circumstances.
The pool is great, good temperature and very big (only no towels).
But the rooms.... We stayed in a family room. It was dark, tiny and smelled horrible. There was a miniature sized bathroom. The toilet was situated in the children's room directly behind their headboard with a sliding door. Absolutely nu privacy, a very uncomfortable way to use the toilet. If the children sleep they wake up instantly. It's the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in a hotel.
Plus the beds. The double bed is only 140 wide and so incredibly hard that we both woke up with backpain. It's like sleeping on the floor.

The room was large but the bathroom only had a bathtub, no shower. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and polite. It is a good option for families in quiet area near Strasbourg. The spa is a bonus after a long day walking around the Alsace.

We used this hotel as a stopping point on our journey from Zeebrugge to Switzerland and were really pleased by our choice. First impressions were very good as Hotel looks attractive, Staff were very friendly at check in and dealt with our limited French easily. Our family room proved to be generously proportioned in an L shape that allowed a degree of separation between children and adults.
The hotel has great spa facilities with pool and two jacuzzis, sauna and steam room. Slightly disappointing though that the pool is closed for cleaning on a Monday morning so although it made for a very relaxing way to recuperate from our journey we didn't get a chance to have a splash before resuming our journey the next day.
The local area is quite residential but is pleasant for a stroll in the evening and there is a play park next door where the kids can burn off some energy.
We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on it, There are fast food outlets within a ten minute drive, also supermarket, petrol etc. There are vending machines at reception for soft drinks and snacks when reception is closed.
All together we thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay here and would be keen to return for a longer break.

We were looking for a hotel on our way to a Golf course in the region of Strasbourg. Very good E-Mail communication with Anthony. The young lady at the reception was not motivated as we checked in. As we saw the small bed for 2 persons, I went to ask her for an upgrade. She informed me in the same way as she welcomed us that this is standard, all beds are 1,40M and she can't do anything against it. I still have the feeling that it might have been a single room, tiny dark bathroom with shower. It was very clean, nice colors and just for one night, it was OK. Breakfast was good, there was a little bit of everything, standard. Due to the fact that many customers arrived at the same time, the small buffet was very quickly empty and the kitchen was struggling bringing fresh food. Check-out was difficult as the credit card system didn't work and a group was waiting in front of us.

I stayed in many 4-5 star hotel before. And in my opinion there is no 5 star hotel having wellness facilities like they have.
Swimming pool
Whirlpool
Massage pool
Sauna
Steam bath.
Relaxing lounge area.
Location really nice
Nice clean small village and quite.

Very clean
Nice personal but poor english :))

We disappointed about breakfast.
Price 10€ for one person breakfast is very expensive.
They charge 6€ for our son 9 year old.
And 4 euro for our daughter 7 year old.
Its expensive i think.
They provide very standard breakfast with not so many choice.

Anyway next time we would love to revisit again but sure without breakfast.
We prefer to go to sit in Brasserie and sitting there enjoying great fresh bread with cheap price.
