I wanted to go to Los Banos/Calamba because I want to practice swimming even if the weather is cold. I needed a hotspring. I was disappointed They have 2 small (3 feet), 2 large pools. The small pools are warm because they replace the water there everyday. For the large pools they just clean the water through applying chlorine. Eeeww....

I've been in many resort like Laiya Batangas, and Sariaya Quezon. But their was a big differences when it comes in facilities. When we stay in Laiya May last year they allow us to use their gas stove for free but in this resort we need to pay for the portable gastove with a expensive price and we also need...

The very first thing that I would say is the reception, they are so disorganized both check in and check out and very unprofessional, To the staff, if you are not willing to work on holidays, look for another job. You are employed in a hospitality business, don't be impolite. Very arrogant answers to clear and polite questions. The facilities...

We also need to buy hot water which should have been provided for free. No hot shower. The bed is not queen size, 2 small beds tucked together so there was a lump...

If you are planning to go on a short staycation with pool facility, Makiling highlands is a MUST TRY. The price is affordable and you can easily locate the place even without waze. There are signboards on the road which will take you to the resort itself. Though food is not available on the resort (typical that you can order)...

We were here last May 21 for a day swim. Found this cheap deal online and made arrangements really quick. Their staff gave me a call for confirmation three days before our outing which I see very convenient. The place is not that hard to find, we used google maps. Since it's cheap, I had the impression that the service...

We had enjoyed our stay since we were the only customers that time. The place was clean and neat. We were treated special as their customers. Good place for a swim and very accesible but mind you it's a resort from a mountain top located in the Makiling mountain.
