I booked thru their website. Very quick to respond and organized. The day before our scheduled date i requested the pool to be filled to 4 ft only and be sure the water is not that hot. When we arrived everything was perfect and Mr. Raymond Anterola was very accomodating. Pool was clean, surrounding was clean, the rooms were clean and smelled very nice. Internet was fast,utensils were free to use. The stove was free and water in the dispenser was also free. There is also a doorbell which we can use whenever we need anything. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back again. Kudos to sir anterola.

by far one of the cleanest and amazingly maintained resort in Pansol. Great ambience. Nice and friendly resort staff. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and family members. Can't wait to stay at the other villas. Thanks Casa Primera!

Forget that dirty and cheap Pansol resorts in your memory because Casa Primera offers a boutique-style experience 😊 It was a fun and relaxing stay at Villa 4 so I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone. I can’t wait to go back and experience the soon to open villa!

Casa Primera Villa 4 is perfect for weekend family bonding! Our clan spent the weekend in that beautiful private place. Though a bit expensive, it has enough rooms and beds to acconidate all 40 of us. We all enjoyed lounging and swimming and just being with each other. The crew was helpful and always ready to assist.

The place was huge with plenty of rooms. Pool was very clean - no chlorine and taht's a good thing. Owners said they change the pool water for every guest, that's A++++. They have everything that we needed especially the kitchen tools (very helpful indeed). Staffs in Casa Primera were very attentive to all our needs & very friendly too. Karaoke was the best hit among the oldies, everyone loved it😊

Villa 2, nice place but on the other part of the villa need minor renovation/repair. Our reservation is for 40 pax, they gave us 30pcs single blanket. Not a modern room, good for big group, television not properly in place, they have Free HD movies, NO cable channels, FREE wifi. Bathroom need to renovate. Nice pool and staff! Hope they will maintain as it was before.

Thank you Enihir for the feedback and well-noted on the things we need to improve in our villas. Please note that we do have scheduled improvements through out the year and we'll surely address your concerns as needed. However, please also allow us to explain some points in your review since most of the things you have brought up as "issues" were actually not offered as amenities in the first place and your group rented the place knowing this already: 1> We are not sure what you personally expect from a "Modern Room", but we also never marketed our rooms as such nor did we claim to be a five star hotel. The room photos you see online is exactly what you will get during your stay. We try our best to provide the basic amenities needed for a casual and affordable villa stay, which in your case was less than Php 500 per head for 22 hours, which already came with exclusive use of all our amenities, including private hot spring pool, A/C rooms with TVs, videoke, billiards, darts, water volleyball etc.. 2> Actually, some of the TVs in the rooms have cable service (but despite offering it in some rooms, this is not advertised as part of our amenities). Also, the rooms that don't have cable are new TV installations and we opted not to add cable anymore. WHY? Because the signal and service in the area is spotty and inconsistent, so instead of cable TV, we offered hundreds of FREE HD movies instead, so our guests will have in-room entertainment. 3> We are one of the few, if not the only private resort in pansol, that offers blankets to our guests. We have also clearly indicated in our multiple emails and reservation confirmation that we only provide one blanket per bed and to bring extra as needed. We apologize if this was not communicated with everyone in your group. But thanks again for your feedback and we promise to address them for more improved customer experience in the future.

We stayed at Villa 1 for 22 hours (7pm Sat to 5pm Sun) and paid Php20k for Rooms A, B, and D. Facade looked great and even the pool was well maintained. The kitchen area and all lavatories need improvement though. Ate Richel and the other staff were all very helpful and always ready to assist. The 3 rooms can actually accomodate about 24 people comfortably. However, there are only 2 slots for parking.

Thank you so much Ms. Christine for your good feedback on our resort. We try our best to keep our villas well-maintained and we do have scheduled improvements throughout the year, especially during low season (as you can see with the new amenities and fresh paint job in the villa). The two (2) parking spaces is indeed a limitation due to villa design, which we have openly listed on our website. The space in Villa 1 is limited because a large area is dedicated for the garden -- but we've installed multiple CCTV cameras around the perimeter of the villa, which makes parking along the street very safe and secure. However, if indoor parking space is a major consideration, you can also opt to stay in our other villas that have between 3 to 6 parking spaces. Location is easy to find. We (20 pax) arrived early while they are still cleaning but they allowed us to enter even if it's not yet our time. We stayed at Villa 1 for a day tour and the place was nice. Clean pool, rooms with AC and TV/cable. Caretaker Jonalyn is accommodating but her husband needs to smile.. hehe.. We cooked our breakfast and lunch at the resort using their kitchen that provides utensils etc. at no extra cost. There's also a BBQ area, billiard table, play area for kids. Drinking water provided, Videoke machine is new and nice. Their garage can fit 2 vehicles. Nice garden. The pool is warm, which is good because my mom was able to stay at the pool longer. Overall, we had a nice time during our stay. Thumbs up!

Precious moments with families 84th bday of my dad was celebrated ...thumbs up..No dull moments, billiard games,videoke, volley ball game in the swimming pool was real fun... Caretakers especially Jonalyn was so helpful , accommodating and respectful.. Clean place especially bathrooms.. Bedrooms air condition working ... Deserves highest score... 5 star ...
