I see you received allready some answers to your questions. It's very easy to get you a taxi. Usually people walk down to Atenas center (average walk of 40 minutes, depending on your own 'speed') and come back with a taxi.
Jalapeños restaurant is the closest one. You don't need to walk on the street, there are side walks. And there are several other restaurants on the way to the center.
The restaurant will call you a taxi to come back to the b&b.
