I was booked at this place through a referral. Beautiful place indeed. 10/10 My problem was the breakfast: 1.The fruit salad was not fresh and had mold. 2.The yoghurt had expired. Service: 1.On my arrival I had requested an ironing board and iron. The lady said she would have it delivered to my room the next morning early but did...

There was a warm welcome when we arrived. The gardens are immaculate. We had room 8, very large and comfortable. We also ordered dinner which was a home cooked meal which they will either deliver to your room or you can have it in the dinning room. The breakfast was very basic.

Villa Beryl provided a very comfortable overnight stay in a lovely room with a generous bathroom, en route to the Natal battlefields. The guesthouse is located in a quiet part of town, not far from restaurants, banks etc. Breakfast was very good and nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated their waiting for us to explain the security (being overseas...

Room for persons with disabilities is far from Dining Room, and it was a rainy week-end; well that earned me a near breakfast in bed (as close as you can get one these days). I expected the room to be well appointed, clean and full of extra goodies (aircon, free wi-fi, bar freege, dstv etc. etc.), but I did not...

Beautiful premises and will gladly stay there again. Its location for Vryheid is perfect and central yet quiet and hidden. Ample safe parking and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also a lovely meal, freshly made and very well presented with more than adequate amounts to eat. Thank-you

The room is lovely - neat, tidy and with everything one could need, including some sports channels on dstv. The bathroom is spacious. We really hope the area gets rain soon, as the water shortage is terrible but the guesthouse still manages to keep the grounds looking good. I loved the jasmine growing along the path to the rooms. The...
