Happy staff and friendly, the room is large, very clean. Had good bed, A/C, mini fridge, small balcony. The bathroom is small but shower was good. This place does echo at night with people arriving back late and slamming doors. We went out for something eat and it rained very heavy when we arrived back the owner had moved their scooters out so we could park the motorbike under cover which was very nice of him.

Traveling with my wife and daughter in my step Thai family. I have tested a lot of hotel in the last 10 years in petchabun and this one is the best.
Lovely room and nice bed. Simple and confortable. If they care about the maintenance in the future they will keep a nice establishment.
Respectful team but the bad point was about the direction. On the first night of my arrival they made a privat dinner party with their friends on the parking, just Down to my window room. The hotel was full so I had to explain them cordially that my wife, daughter and I were expecting to sleep after our arrival from Europe and driving to Bangkok. That’s just a minimum respect to offer to the customer in an hotel : a good and silencer sleep.
I saw that my reflection didn’t please the owner and she makes me feel that I was in her property and was not really able to request them to make the party in her privat home and not down to my room. The days after I didn’t get any words of her ......
So good concept, good hotel, good rooms, just some respect to the farangs and it will be very good.

Spend just a little extra and you will be rewarded with a boutique hotel who really knows how to run a business. Staff is without question the best I’ve encountered in Thailand.
Breakfast is extra at 100 baht but it is a delightful array of everything you would require. Can’t speak more highly of the cleanliness of the presentation of the food.
Yes, the bed is not hard. Again, just right for me.
This is my second day here and I don’t want to leave.
Very quiet area but a very short stroll to the bars and restaurants.
I could write forever.

Cant understand why this place only has 10 reviews probably the newest and cleanest hotel in the area.

Modern, clean, bright and breakfast what else would you want.

I needed to find a certain place in the area to visit, 2 of the staff even offered to drive me, what else would you want from a hotel.

Will certainly be staying here again
